Great phone i love it so much. Camera is good and screen is great. Best buy helped with the whole process as well.

I am really happy with the S24. It is smaller than my last phone, which I love. I dropped my older phone all the time b/c it was too big. I enjoy the AI included, it is very helpful, when drafting a text it has a spell check feature. The camera takes awesome pics and battery life is unbelievable! And the person at Best Buy was super helpful!

When I buy a smartphone, I intend to keep it for around five years at least. I'm the type who uses a smartphone to--other than talk and text--take photos, shoot video (I'm an actor who shoots self-tapes), and go on a few apps such as Instagram. I'm not a mobile gamer, nor do I use smartwatches or VR glasses. Before I upgraded, I had a Samsung Galaxy S7 with a power button on the front. It being on the side of the S24 takes a while to get used to. I also have to power it on to know if I missed any texts (the S7 had a blinking light to signify I received a text or other form of communication). Currently trying to understand the bells and whistles of certain functions like the camera, but so far this phone's camera is an improvement over the S7's. The video (I recorded on my camera app) sounds better on the speakers when I play it back. The battery life is surprisingly good.

i switched from a S20, i think. This phone operates exactly the same, which i was thankful for. My last phone's charging opening got too lose and i would notice late when it hit 10%. charge left. These are nice phones. i know they're considerably more expensive than a $300 phone at Cricket, but my last phone lasted 3 times longer than my friend's Cricket phone.

Full of features but it still much less than the ultra. I like the smaller phone that I can carry in my pocket. The S24 has very good battery life which is a feature I wanted when I am out kayaking, hiking, cycling, etc. The camera and the AI features are also really nice

This phone is beautiful and very smooth. The AI photo editing is great and the battery life is impressive. Worthy upgrade from the S21

Nice phone, upgraded from a Samsung S10. S24 is definitely smoother and a lot faster. However, I'm finding this screen is not very responsive, I have to tap on something several times to make it activate. It concerned me so much that I took the screen saver off and tried it without it, it still requires several touches to activate any thing you're trying to click on. Not sure if this is a s24 characteristic or my phone is broke??

Had a Samsung Galaxy before. Only phone I will buy. Collin, Geek Squad Manager was fantastic! He transferred all my data and apps for me, answered all my questions! He knows the products! He was very kind, too!!

Bought it for my kid and he loves the colors and ease of using it.

The phone was an upgrade. I had a Samsung Galaxy 51 for about 4 years. It works good, no problems. Only troubling issue was getting only $25 on trade in.

This phone performs about as well as my last one, an S8, except the camera works, which stopped on the old one. The battery is much better.

Phone works great it is for my husband who is super tough on phones and he has not had any issues thankfully!!!!

Great phone. Switched out my iPhone 15 pro max to get this and I love it.

Active call translation is not the best and still requires more work for it to function properly. This was one of the reasons i was sold on the new s24 but had I known how terrible it translated (spanish to english) i might have gone with another option. I am an android fan so i will always stick with samsung. For whatever reason my screen sometimes freezes and i cant scroll so i have to close the app and start over. Photos are great, as always.
