Great phone, Samsung alway holds up well, definitely worth the money

I purchased this 1/25/25 Open-Box Geek Squad Certifed Excellent Condition and it worked great for a month. I woke up to the Black Screen of Death on 2/21 or 2/28. I brought it back into the Geek Squad but I hadn't purchased extra coverage (I never do), so they gave me my Proof of Purchase and Samsung's phone number. Samsung backdated my warranty to the date of delivery (1/29/25) and warranty-replaced the LCD screen, so I'm glad I didn't purchase extra BestBuy protection! It could have been a manufacturing issue, or it could have been an Open-Box issue. Either way, I won't be purchasing anything Open-Box anymore because the store warranty price is ridiculous. If you purchase anything from Samsung, they have better warranty coverage.

We're still getting to know each other, but I'm enjoying the phone. Granted, my previous one was from the Stone Age, but overall I'm liking this. The only negative (for me) is that it's a bit big for my hand. Plus I am still struggling with using it for selfies and getting the hang of the camera, such as not ending up with the background out of focus. But compared to what's out there, I feel I did well without spending a ridiculous sum of money for an iPhone.

We got the phone on Father’s Day for my dad. We thought it would make his hip replacement surgery more bearable… and it absolutely did! He loves the phone and I rarely see him off of it. Not the most tech savvy, but definitely a tech lover. I’m very happy with this purchase and the swift service from my Best Buy made it worth going through them again. Highly recommended.

Samsung S24 phone is really cool. This is my first android after continuously using Apple since Iphone 5. Camera works too good with lot of color varients and night camera is also good. Battery life is too good. With continuous usage, I can still keep the battery alive for 2-3days.

Love Samsung phones but I don't need the newest, fastest, or fanciest. Great phone, if I had to replace it, I'd buy it again

If you're not to tech savvy and looking for a phone that does all the basics while still looking good, than this is the right phone.
