I'm very happy with the new phone. It's very intuitive on a lot of things. The only thing I can say was a little difficult is having to log back into all the apps. You need to make sure you know your username and password for all of them.

I replaced my S22+ because I started having issues with the charging port. If not for that, I probably would not have changed it. There are few if any noticeable differences between the 2 phones, certainly not enough to go through the head-ache of changing phones.

[Employee of bestbuy] This phone has repeatedly has issues receiving text messages and phone calls, including voicemails, until a restart has been performed. I preordered the phone and in the past two months on three separate occasions people have not been able to reach me by calling or SMS messages. Once they got a hold of me another way I had to restart my device to then receive all my misses messages all at once. Samsung support has claimed it is a carrier issue, but my previous phone did not have that issue and I am on the same carrier in the same home. Additionally due to the phone populating the backlog of SMS messages on a restart it lends further evidence that the device is at fault. Samsung has repeatedly attempted to deflect to the carriers, but after visiting numerous forums, Reddit, Samsung's own support forums, it is clear the device has a known issue. The phone otherwise is great. I love the return to a flat display instead of the infinity display, and features such as camera stabilization are awesome. If it weren't for this device's inability to perform the basic function of a phone this would be a 5/5 rating.

Had it just one week. I like that the screen is flat compared to my last Samsung phone. Photos look good. Finger print sensor is super fast and so far, never needed a 2nd try. Phone is clear and battery seems to last. It was pricey, but you do have to pay for quality and the latest tech. Funny my last phone bought 5 years ago cost about the same. So, considering inflation, the price is not that bad. I wish the color choices were better.
