I upgraded from my Galaxy S20 to the S24+ a year ago, and I can confidently say: I’d do it again in a heartbeat. Camera: Still one of the best on the market. Competes effortlessly with the latest models. Battery: Easily lasts over a full day, even with heavy, nonstop use. Durability & Build: The screen is practically scratch-proof (trust me, I have two little kids!), and all buttons feel as responsive as day one. Storage: I work with tons of photo and video content, and after a year I’m still under 50% usage. Massive win. This phone hits all the right notes. Sleek, powerful, and reliable. I’m staying 100% loyal to the Galaxy family — they nailed it with the S24+.

Im biased. Im writing this review with this phone. Was gifted. Best samsung ive had yet and service for years to come. Ive lways had ultras but with the sinilair specs this comes co.pared to the ultra nowadays its perfect. Only like 2 or 3 features missing. A barely smaller screen, no 200mp camera (video is still the same), and the pen. Thats literally it. The difference is that this phone doesnt have sharp edges! Its smooth. Love it!

I love the new design. The flat screen gives it more of a pemium look. Not that i didnt like the rounded screen from previous models but this new screwn is amazing. The camera is grear and its a huge upgrade from my S21+.

Worth every dollar. The phone has a remarkable battery life and runs every app smoothly. I tested it out by playing some Genshin Impact from 100 percent power and was able to play for more than six hours straight on it. As for basic phone functions like mobile connectivity, blue tooth, etc., no issues at all. It fitted very well with Tmobile 5G service and I was able to connect my new phone with some old galaxy live earbuds and to the bluetooth stereo of my ancient 2011 toyota corolla. Plus the photos that I took on it look very sharp and clear. All in all, it's a perfect phone with zero issues.

Battery life is biggest surprise. Screen is good, weight feels good, power and speed are good. It does what it's supposed to do, and it outdoes itself on battery life.

I love my Samsung S24+! I honestly cannot say better things about this phone. Seriously. Every day I am blown away at the features this phone has. Every day I learn something new about my phone overall a wonderful experience. Cannot say enough good things about this phone. I have recommended it to every person I know, even to Apple users. Apple just can't compete where it doesn't compare! Respectfully haha. Thank you Best Buy, this is the best phone purchase I've made ever! Love going to Best Buy, I'm beyond satisfied with my purchase! Can't wait to see what Samsung comes up with next!

I LOVE my new phone, it has 512g storage . The last one I had if I wanted to add an app I had to take one off, also the battery life is real good. I can listen to music from my local radio station though im 3000 miles from home right now. It takes beautiful pictures. Great phone all around.

Love this phone battery last long and its fast and very clear

Samsung has once again delivered a reliable device. I exchanged my Note 20 Ultra for this model at Best Buy, and both the trade-in process and customer service were excellent. The design closely resembles that of the leading competitors. However, I must deduct one star due to the absence of a wall charger.

Only phone that I've had for YEARS. My phone broke and I was so happy to buy it unlocked one so that I could use it with any service. So much memory and really easy to use because of the virtual Sim. I would recommend an OtterBox cover and a Zagg screen protector. I dropped my phone a lot. I use my phone for work and it can handle the load. I also watch most of my TV on it. Depending on your service it can watch video up to 2160.

I am shocked by the way BB manager(David Garcia) treated me at Woodland Park store. I had to return my Samsung Galaxy S 24 plus because the screen was blurry and " washed" and the speaker was malfunctioning. I contacted Samsung tech support several times but they were unable to help me. This phone was returnable until September 16th 2024 and I came to the store with my return on September 13th 2024. My receipt does NOT show any information about restocking fee but they charged me $ 45- decision of manager David Garcia. I am retired person of low income and I think I was mistreated by this store manager -Mr. David Garcia. I picked up this smartphone at BB Woodland Park NJ and I returned it to the same location after 11 days. I had no problems with Best Buy Stores before - now I will think twice before making any purchase. Andrew S.

Anyone looking at Samsung's Galaxy line knows they are the ABSOLUTE BEST! Sophisticated technology and extremely durable. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Best phone i have ever had yet. Very easy to setup has i lot of speed to it i click on the things and bam it's there lol

Had a Samsung phone for 7 years prior. this one is way more snappy the other. What i love the most is the fact that the phone is unlocked. No bloatware and I can use it anywhere without buying a new phone. Also features are not locked behind a paywall like hotspot.

Best buy card is a good option if you love tech and keep buying from best. Samsung S24+ is a solid phone

Smooth, fast, long battery life and capable device. The AI features are nice but not overbearing. You don't have to use them and they aren't intrusive either. This does it's job as a phone and feels great in the hand. The Ultra is really nice too but you get most of the same things in the plus as the ultra. Great display and battery life! You won't regret this purchase. (I switched from iPhone too and I'm really satisfied with my purchase)
