    Did not have the Sim Card holder, so we could not use the phone. The vender took a few days to respond to our inquiry, by which time we had returned the phone and gotten a new one. Not sure how this refurb phone passed QA/QC without them checking for the SIM card holder, so it makes we wonder if they checked anything about the phone at all.
