I am shocked by the way BB manager(David Garcia) treated me at Woodland Park store. I had to return my Samsung Galaxy S 24 plus because the screen was blurry and " washed" and the speaker was malfunctioning. I contacted Samsung tech support several times but they were unable to help me. This phone was returnable until September 16th 2024 and I came to the store with my return on September 13th 2024. My receipt does NOT show any information about restocking fee but they charged me $ 45- decision of manager David Garcia. I am retired person of low income and I think I was mistreated by this store manager -Mr. David Garcia. I picked up this smartphone at BB Woodland Park NJ and I returned it to the same location after 11 days. I had no problems with Best Buy Stores before - now I will think twice before making any purchase. Andrew S.

Only phone that I've had for YEARS. My phone broke and I was so happy to buy it unlocked one so that I could use it with any service. So much memory and really easy to use because of the virtual Sim. I would recommend an OtterBox cover and a Zagg screen protector. I dropped my phone a lot. I use my phone for work and it can handle the load. I also watch most of my TV on it. Depending on your service it can watch video up to 2160.

Best phone i have ever had yet. Very easy to setup has i lot of speed to it i click on the things and bam it's there lol

Had a Samsung phone for 7 years prior. this one is way more snappy the other. What i love the most is the fact that the phone is unlocked. No bloatware and I can use it anywhere without buying a new phone. Also features are not locked behind a paywall like hotspot.

Anyone looking at Samsung's Galaxy line knows they are the ABSOLUTE BEST! Sophisticated technology and extremely durable. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Screen antiglare and 120hz refreshrate makes so fluid it's use and the AI features needs some polish but I'm discoveing so much new uses for the phone.

I had to replace my flip phone because it was for no me. After that I bought this Samsung Galaxy s24 plus after a long hesitate. I was thinking between Samsung or IPhone but made a decision and I'm happy with it. Samsung galaxy s24 plus working well.

I'm pleased with this Samsung phone. It works very fast and has plenty of memory. The only thing I will say.....make sure you shut your screen off because it drains the battery......fast! I thought battery life was going to be exceptional.....but that's not the case.

Phone was perfect. The geeksquad installed the screen protector and it stayed on for 3 days and then peeled at the edges. Get the liquid, save a screen and a 45min. wait.
