The phone is great and the sales rep was great also

I've been using this phone for a couple of weeks. I lile the quality of the pictures I have taken and the increased ability to zoom upto 10x.

Love the camera coz it can take great quality pics in the dark and love the new features from AI, translation with voice or text, all these new features for convenience.

I think its. A great reag device for the price, especially being the latest model. I love that I was able to purchase it unlocked and activate it with my provider of choice. The features it has are excellent. Storage capacity is great, but I would love to have a micro sd slot as well. Other than that, I find it easy to use and very practical because of its size.

The phone does it's job and meets all expectations. Good for a mid-range phone.

I love Samsung and this phone hasn't disappointed. The camera is so clear, plenty of storage and it does everything I need.

Runs well when it doesn't have one of it's oddball issues. The most annoying of which is a strange bug I can't seem to find online (Ironically because apparently the Ultra and Plus have even MORE issues than this phone, flooding out the search results) where the display "freezes" but is still functioning completely normally, it just doesn't show you what's happening. The only way I've been able to temporarily fix it is to lock and unlock the phone again 1-3 times. It's full of bloatware out of the box, and Samsung desperately wants to be Apple. I miss my Pixels but I can't argue that the build quality on the Galaxy phones is much higher, even if they are massively overpriced. It's built in camera app is GARBAGE. I get better pictures from $250 phones from 6 years ago. The sad part is that it's a fine sensor, their software is just awful. Oh, another fun quirk of this phone is that they often let you turn certain features off, but not actually. For instance, I turned off auto-brightness adjustment for the display, but sometimes I can literally see my display getting brighter or darker based on ambient light. It doesn't happen as frequently with the setting disabled, but it shouldn't be happening at all. The same thing goes for post-processing in the stock camera app. You can dig through the menus and disable everything, but take a picture and watch as after a few seconds the post-processing "pops" in, washing out all the colors in the image, and simultaneously over-softening and over-sharpening the image. Samsung, I know by trying to be the Apple of Android you're catering to the lowest common denominator. But if I'm going through the effort to dig through the menus to tweak my settings, let me do what I want. I don't have an iPhone for a reason.

I was debating switching back to Android, but backed out and stuck with Apple. I do regret staying with Apple though. I would be willing to try again!

It's overall an improvement to my old S8 active phone since it's quite old after all. Everything is quite nice and fast with barely any need to get used to the phone if you're familiar with Samsung phones. The only thing I really hate and prevented me from getting newer phones is really the removal of the headphone jack. I hate that. Overall, got this as a replacement since old phone is too slow and broken. It's pretty good so far, no scratches or anything even without a screen protector. It's quite good.

Ordered this phone online. Bestbuy canceled my order because they couldn't activate it. They didn't call or email me before they canceled it. Went to a store and paid for 2 phones. The store activated one I was able to take home and had to ship the other one to be activated when picked up. Paid for both phones but only got one. They canceled the phone that was ordered from the store without contacting me and have not refunded my money. They would not give me the phone either for the price I already paid for it. They wanted $200 more. Spent hours on the phone and at store for 1 phone at the price of 2. Terrible customer service.

Quite a good phone. I bought it Ias a gift for someone and they still talk about how special it is. The device works perfectly.

Bought this phone to replace a older phone that got screen burn in so far this phone has been perfect no screen burn in scrolls through apps and web pages fast. Wireless charging is a plus.

Everything works. Has the latest Samsung features. Fantastic cameras.
