Great phone. Works well. My previous device was the Galaxy S21 Ultra. The S4 Ultra is much bigger and comes with a stylus. The adaptive brightness and the circle to search is pretty cool; I use it frequently. Camera quality is excellent, as always. I also have an iPhone 15 for work and prior to that an iPhone 12 Pro Max. The Samsung Galaxy S24 definitely puts the iPhone cameras to major shame. If camera is your biggest buying factor, this phone is definitely the best I’ve come across.

So far, I am impressed since changing brand of phones. This is a nice upgrade from my Note 20 Ultra. Still figuring out the bells and whistles, lol. Taking pics and videos are relatively nice. Before adding the case, the body and stylus feels nice, with the styles having a grippy feel all around compared to last. Loving the color and grippy silicone feel on the back of the phone, as well as the more 'square' shape than my last phone. Overall, a nice device. Will see how it holds out in the future as I am getting accustomed to the droid family, lol. So until I get used to it fully...I would give it a rating of 4 and thats my opinion, not knocking anyone else's view though.

Overall a great Android flagship phone. With the AI featured in research engine, camera, and photography. It becomes one of the most smooth AI operating device. However, the screen from S24, S24+, and S24 ultra have different level of grainy and sandy feeling especially in a low brightness. When brightness lower than 30%, the problem was evident in the dark gray parts.

S24 Ultra WOW! why Samsung? why you making my iPhone look bad lol. I usually keep my sim at my iPhone and my work sim at an Android phone, this time it would be the other way around. this phone is just in another level, beautiful screen, amazing battery, awesome camera and S-pen is neat. not to mention the AI features makes this a big upgrade compare to an iPhone. luckily for me I can still use both of these great phones and my Apple Watch Ultra, but if I'm being honest the S24 ultra blows the iPhone out of the water. it's just Ultra literally. I also bout an amazing case for it, please Best Buy consider selling this brand, because those cases are super top notch, had to wait days for it to arrive, it would have been great if could pick up the same day with the phone . highly recommend this smartphone

I never thought it would be so easy to make a purchase at Best buy and that I would have good service from the staff. since it was my first time that I requested a credit card,I am very satisfied with the help I had from the staff working in the store.I was able to get a credit card in less than 5 minutes with which I was able to make a purchase on the same day that was incredible.
