I purchased the Galaxy S24 ultra and it's wonderful. Easy to use, fast speed, great storage and stylish. I love using the stylist pen and the camera(s) are awesome. The only drawback was I wasn't able to get it in the color I wanted. Preorders only came in black.

I upgraded from a Note 20 to a S24U and i will never look back. The screen is vivid, the camera is great, and i love the squared off edges. Also the battery last me all day! Worth the switch and for the rebate price, you just cant beat it!

Just an AMAZING Phone. I haven't purchased a new phone since the Samsung Galaxy 8+ which has been incredible. Receiving $1200 for the old 8+ paid for this phone thanks to Best Buy & AT&T. We traded in 2 for 2 Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra 512GB. The camera is our favorite with the 50X zoom. We love to travel on cruise ships all over the world and it really comes in handy. The translation from English to the language of the countries we visit come in handy. Take a picture of a menu and it will show it back in English. We have so much to learn about with all that the Ultra offers. We are just at the tip of the Iceberg. Thanks to all the Best Buy technicians for getting us started with this new phone. Best Buy and Samsung are the best.

Traded in my S23U for this phone. The phone is great, but not that much of an upgrade over the S23U. Wouldnt recommend if you're coming from that, if you dont care about the AI features (that honestly are juat a software upgrades)

Phone is great. Battery life is 2 solid days. I'll never do Apple.

I am in a state of shock, awe, and euphoria. I have always loved Android but I can't lie, like everyone intrigued by the perfection projected by Apple. Frustrated by m old pixel, one day hindering me one day by bugs I switched. Initially I felt like it just worked but I felt so limited by, everything. I gave Samsung I try and saved the box. For the first time ever, it has been a couple months and I have that new phone feel. Never before, it was always two weeks. It is amazing how Samsung has pull out all the stop. This phone is so refreshing I am still going to YouTube to watch videos so I can justify why I still fell like this phone is new. I can't believe it. And with their new 7 yr promise I am looking forward to it and looking forward to looking back to this day and said I made the right decision. I have no doubts and it is in the bucket list. Good job Samsung, and this is coming from someone that used to be a generational upgrader aka tech head. With love, thanks.

I absolutely love my new phone! The camera resolution is amazing. I also have enjoyed using the ai search feature! I can also go all day without being worried about needing a charger. This was a great choice for my upgrade.

Loving my new phone so far. Coming from an S21, the S24 isn't a huge stretch for those who are familiar with Android. The pen is cool. The Ultra takes great pictures.
