So far, this phone has been incredible! I upgraded from a Samsung Galaxy S21 to this S25 and the jump in battery improvement, facial recognition, and the use of AI has prgessed much more than expected in the 3 years between.

Had to finally upgrade my phone, and this is the one I chose. Has a lot of features I didn't expect on this phone. I seem to find a new feature at least once a week.

The phone was as advertised and it is working great. The process to get it was also smooth from ordering and paying to the delivery and best buy gave great suggestions for accessories for this model phone.

What an Amazing phone with so many features! I was way overdue on giving up my old Samsung S10e and I'm thrilled to have this newly released S25! My camera photos are so much clearer, & captures sporting events with no blur images!

Samsung's are my favorite, so I'm probably biased. I think it's a great phone. I have never had any trouble with the the Galaxy phones.

This is the best samsung phone we have ever had, was very easy to transfer all the info and to learn the workings of the phone itself. I have to thank the peple at Best Buy that helped us pick this one out Thank You Richard

After i changed carriers my old phone did not support the new features that were available. The carrier wanted to charge $80 more for a newer phone even though i said that Best Buy had a much better price. So Best Buy here i come. Once i received the sim card i started using my new phone. There were many features with this newer phone and i spent a week customizing it for the way i use my phone. Now i have a current phone on a new carrier network and i get the best service with that combination. Make sure you get the newest phone available since carriers are adding so many useful features.

I got this phone on Cyber Monday for a great price and works great.

I've used this phone for about a month now. When I ordered it, I thought the battery capacity would be a big issue but that hasn't been the case. I have been comfortably charging the phone about once in 1.5 days, that is with a ~3 hours per day active usage including 1 hour of video calls/gaming.

My old phone recently had some issues and I decided to look for a new phone. This Samsung S25 meets all my needs. 128g great camera, easy to use, fits my hand perfectly.

Staff was great taking care of me during a snow storm in which i fell and smashed my phone,Dante new exactly what to do and some how retrieved my Google account even though my screen was shattered and barley working
