Ive had this phone for over a month now and i love it. Used to be an IPhone user but once i switched to Samsung, there was no turning back. I had the Samsung FE S20 and I never had any issues with the product. Only reason i had to get a new phone was due to dropping it more than a few times without protection. And you know why not? It was time for an upgrade anyway. So many people tried steering me to Iphone but I knew better. Androids the winning team. The battery is very long-lasting and i use the phone frequently throughout my day. The camera is average, could be better, but it really wasn't a con since i dont really take pictures. If your looking for something picture quality wise try the Note. Regardless i would definitely recommend this product to anyone looking for a durable, useful, and economic phone.

After using the phone for several weeks, I have had no problems. The phone runs smoothly and rarely lags. The camera is good quality as well.

I just using this phone so I can't really give this phone a review. But...I suppose like other phones this comes with pre-loaded apps. I didn't appreciate that at all. Also, it was very time consuming and frustating to prepare the phone for transferring my phone number from one phone to this one. Part of the problem was the phone and part of the problem was the carrier. The transfer of data was a breeze. The phone is very pretty; although I expected a smaller phone, I am happy with its size. Now I have to configure the phone the way I want it. I'm glad I bought the phone at Best Buy, though. I'm glad they brought the price down to match Amazon.

Considering I haven't bought a new phone in years, this was worth the upgrade. Better camera, more storage, and great graphics when watching movies or gaming. Be warned that you will need to buy a charging block because this phone does not come with one, only the phone and the charging cable (and make sure it's usb type c on both sides).
