Phone is very nice, Faster than my old phone but similar enough that it has been easy to use. It is fun to get a color also.

This is an easy to use economically price phone with high end feel. Nice big HD screen. Great battery life and fast recharges. Real nice camera. Plenty of memory. So easy to use that I have yet to pull out the manual. And Samsung will support the phone through 2032. This is a really nice phone and it doesn't break the bank. My first Samsung Galaxy and I am sold.

Works well. Set itself up just like my last galaxy. The battery life is great for me. I use my phone at work constantly. Hotspot doesnt drain the battery crazy either. Its been a long time since i didn't have to charge my phone daily. Great phone for the price. I would definitely recommend it if you are looking for an affordable upgrade.

Have had this phone for a month and so far it has performed well! The camera takes crisp clear pictures and videos, and there is plenty of battery time from my needs.

Considering I haven't bought a new phone in years, this was worth the upgrade. Better camera, more storage, and great graphics when watching movies or gaming. Be warned that you will need to buy a charging block because this phone does not come with one, only the phone and the charging cable (and make sure it's usb type c on both sides).

It's my husband's phone. Since having a stroke, it's hard for him to get use to a different device. It's a great phone and he is mastering the challenge with a little help. The screen size, colors, battery charging and features are great. Thank you for great assistance from Best Buy

Love this phone! My husband and myself both bought this phone as an upgrade to the a16. Such a good phone. Love have fast it is and how clear everything is on the screen. Able to do so much with all the features, google upgrades, pictures and also dropped in water and still worked perfect.

this is a great Samsung S25, which is much better than my previous one a few years back. The speed is much better and the camera is sooo much clearer. I totally love this.

Great phone with many new features like ai and camera quality

I have to admit I was skeptical after I purchased a S23 on another online store (i wont mention name ) and it worked for a couple of days. I got the most patient customer service rep from best buy because we spoke for maybe half an hour deciding which phone would be right for me. The phone works perfectly .

Samsung surprises me again. I had an S10+ for 5 years before purchasing this phone. It has all the capabilities of the S10+ along with added AI features that enhance my everyday use of it. Camera quality appears to be slightly better than the S10+ and I'm very satisfied with the apps initially installed on this new phone. Best of all, it was $500 dollars cheaper than the S10+. Did I lose anything with this upgrade? I don't believe so.
