This is a massive upgrade jump from my old phone! I've had my Note 20 Ultra 5G for five years now and it was time for me to get a new phone since it was becoming a bit slow due to the short storage it had, and when I heard about this S25 Ultra with 1TB of storage, I knew I just had to get my hands on this new phone. And I gotta say, I'm really satisfied with this S25 Ultra. It's so much faster with its high storage capacity, and great for playing games on it. The camera looks great and so is the smooth display. As for the battery life, well it lasts longer so I could play games and watch videos or movies for a good period of time. Overall, I'm satisfied with this phone and it's storage capacity.

Awesome phone with everything I wanted and more! It's fast and the camera and photo editing features are outstanding. I'm glad that I got the 1Tb model so I now have plenty of storage space.

Love the Samsung Note/Ultra series (my previous phone was a Note 8). Though I'm not happy that Samsung took away the 3.5 audio jack and the option to use a removable memory card I love the rest of the Ultra features like the removable pen and its supreme camera and processor. I settled with the 1 TB option as I use the phone for everything from videos, music to video games. I'm still getting to know the phone, but so far so good. Would like Samsung to update its messaging features/options

So, I had the S21 Ultra which was a great phone and still is but I needed an upgrade. I bought this phone mainly for its camera features and space since my old phone was just 128gb. I am impressed so far with all the new features. If you want to take really good photos dont forget to use the expert raw function. I dropped some photos I edited on its own software.

The device is very clean looking, sharp lines help with the aesthetic. UI is snappy, applications launch without delay. Not really a fan of some of the standard features of OneUI but are easily customizable in settings. Great battery life, gets thru the day with battery to spare. Amazing camera and image enhancement! Works well with night shots. Been using this device for a month now and it is solid. Worth the price in my opinion, I see this device lasting me years.

I switched from the 23 ultra to the 25 ultra and right away the feel on the 25 ultra is so much smoother. The dislay is a little bit bigger and the operating system is super quick. Not to mention the increased camera quality and batter life.. hands down the best purchase ive made this year.

So far I'm loving my phone upgrade. I take a lot of photos with my phone so I wanted to be sure i was getting really good pictures. Seems to be a winner!. I also love the 1tb storage. Because I take thousands of photos of my Dakota Paradise Pets puppies that I raise storage was key!!

Sleek design, excellent cameras, runs smooth and fast, and has a great battery life. Best phone ive ever owned!

You just can't go wrong with a galaxy phone, it is beautiful, fast and has been great to do everything you need, and with all the AI tools you can do pretty much everything, my wife has been always an Iphone user but now she's thinking on getting one for her!

Package arrived late. Not only did it arrive late, it arrived empty. No phone in the box. Its been over a week and I still havent recieved a replacement phone, a phone call saying whats going on. I will never use Best Buy again for high dollar purchases.

Worst experience I've had. My phone arrived in a small bag with no protection at all. I paid $1,812 for this phone. You guys can't have it shipped in a box with protection?? The charger is not working and now it's stuck in the phone. Horrible experience. Never ever order a phone through best buy. They don't care about how your phone arrives. If they really cared they would have an $1,800 phone shipped in, at the very least in a box.

After one month with the S25 Ultra 1TB, I'm blown away. The display is stunning—bright, sharp, and perfect for media. Performance is flawless thanks to the Snapdragon 8 Elite, and the 1TB storage is a dream for content creators like me. Battery lasts all day, cameras are top-tier (especially zoom and night shots), and AI tools like Generative Edit and Audio Eraser are surprisingly useful. The titanium frame feels premium, and the software is smooth with 7 years of updates. Pricey, yes—but absolutely worth it for power users.

After a week of waiting for my phone i received an open box with the phone missing out of his box. My fiancee signed for it seconds before she noticed the box being altered. So don't order this phone to be delivered to your house!!! (FedEx) Might take longer but get it in the store! Also with the trade in. Do it in-person in the store! I did made a claim with best buy. I can't make it with FedEx because I'm not the shipper.
