Customer Ratings & Reviews

Since day one this phone has performed extremely well without any kind of lag. Usually noticed in Samsung devices. Samsung truly out did them selves with this model. The batter truly last as advertised & even woth heavy usage . I get a full day out of my battery. The camera quality had been very clear and precise. Even the auto focus has been quite fast when using the rear cameras & the frontal camera is a major improvement from previous models and it focus and color depth has veeb very percise as well. Ive upgraded from the Samsung galaxy s21 plus 5g. If you do heavy task like email or video calls this is a great daily device for all of that and more.

I upgraded to the Galaxy S25 Ultra a couple weeks after launch, and it's hands-down the best smartphone I've ever used. Coming from an older model, the difference is night and day. The 6.9-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X display is stunning—super bright (up to 2600 nits), sharp QHD+ resolution, and the anti-reflective coating makes it usable outdoors without annoying glare. Colors pop, scrolling is buttery smooth at 120Hz, and it's just gorgeous for movies, gaming, and everyday use. Performance is insane thanks to the Snapdragon 8 Elite chip—everything flies, from heavy multitasking and gaming to AI features. No lag, no overheating even during long sessions. Battery life is excellent too; the 5000mAh easily gets me through a full day (and often into the next) with heavy use, including streaming and photos. The camera system is a highlight: the 200MP main sensor captures insane detail, the new 50MP ultra-wide is a big upgrade for landscapes, and the dual telephotos (3x and 5x) deliver sharp zoomed shots. Night mode and AI enhancements (like ProVisual Engine) make low-light photos look professional. Video is top-tier with great stabilization. Love the built-in S Pen for note-taking, sketching, and precise edits—it's still super useful. The titanium build feels premium and durable (IP68), and it's noticeably more comfortable to hold with rounded edges compared to previous Ultras. Galaxy AI features are genuinely helpful: real-time translations, photo editing, and cross-app actions save time daily. One UI 7 (on Android 15) is polished and promises years of updates. Yes, it's pricey, but for what you get—top performance, versatile cameras, amazing screen, and that S Pen—it's worth every penny. If you're looking for the ultimate Android phone in 2026, this is it. Highly recommend!

elegant design, large screen, takes sharp photos and videos, the battery lasts a lot, I like the S pen that makes it easier for me to work and take notes

Switched from Apple and i am glad i did. With the S25 ultra i can modify almost every aspect of my phone. It is highly customizable and the battery life is a blessing. I can game for hours with no stuttering and the speakers are great. Not to mention the camera, i can see a mans bald head from over a few hundred feet away as if i was staring at that shiny ball right in front if me.

The display is stunning. The brightness, colors, and clarity make everything from videos to everyday scrolling look premium. The 200MP camera is a beast! Day or night, the photos come out crisp with amazing detail. The zoom is crazy good, and Samsung’s image processing has clearly improved. Battery life is another win. It comfortably lasts a full day with heavy use, and fast charging makes it easy to top up quickly. The build quality feels premium, solid, and stylish.

I’ve been using the Galaxy S25 Ultra daily and it delivers on every level. The display is ultra-smooth and vibrant, the battery easily lasts all day, and the phone handles everything I throw at it without slowing down. The camera system is truly next-gen – especially the zoom and night mode. What surprised me most is how premium the whole phone feels in hand, both in design and performance. For the features, power, and experience it offers, the price actually feels fair. You’re getting flagship quality that’s absolutely worth it.

After being a lifetime apple user, I finally decided to jump ship to android and foubd out it was easier to use than I originally thought. The only reason I've stayed clear of samsung until now is because my dad has one and hes always struggling with it. Thankfully I didn't run into the same issues he did, especially with Kevin's help. He is a very nice guy to talk to and 100000000% knows his stuff. If anyone is considering switching, talk to him at the Marketplace's Best Buy. I heard Best Buy was potentially considering shutting down whatever program he's apart of, I urge them to let him and the others stay, they are very helpful people and I'd definitely buy another phone through Kevin. Going back to the phone itself, the features and the cameras are incredible! I use some of the AI features such as Gemini, the emoji generator, and Bixby on a daily basis, especially to troll my friends with sone of the things AI creates. As for the cameras, I pointed my phone at the moon and zoomed in and got the clearest photo of the moon I've ever taken, no editing magic, no AI, nothing. Can't do that on an iPhone without using a telescope, a special lens, or heavy editing.

I have been wishing for an ultra for the last couple years and finally pulled the trigger when I got this device I was ecstatic. The camera was the main feature I couldn't wait to try out and it did not disappoint. The portrait mode has been so much fun to play with. Software is snappy and performance has been consistent since I got it out of the box.

The cell phone is perfect, it has many fantastic functions apart from the camera, I dare say that better than many other high-end competitors of other brands, the battery charge lasts a long time and the best I got it for $400 dollars less than the original price with the promotions of best buy.

EVERYTHING about this phone is Exellent, i have the Samsung Zfold 5 as well, and The S25 Camera is Just alot Better Still shots and video. The Zoom On The S25 is really Awesome. Overall the S25 is Fast and Simple to Use,personally its 1 third the price and a better option for me.

It runs smoothly. I loved how easy it was to transfer everything from my old phone (Samsung Galaxy S Ultra 23) to this one. It even kept all my settings. Only backdraw I've had with that was that some of the apps did not have their stock sounds,so i ended up uninstalling and reinstalling those apps to reset their stock sounds. My phone does run hot sometimes, but i do have it on 24/7 and vidcall a lot to stay in touch with family. The cameras are great and take beautiful pictures. I love that i can even take decent moon photos.

Regarding the phone, I'm satisfied with its performance and functionality. It charges quickly, has a great camera, and has excellent features.I consider the acquisition of a cell phone a great investment in a communication tool for work, as well as for personal use.

I’ve been using the Samsung S25 for a few weeks, and I’m very impressed so far. The screen is bright and clear, and the phone feels fast and responsive. The camera takes excellent photos, even in low light. The battery life is decent. Overall, a great device that I enjoy using every day.

Works great. Fantastic Pictures. The camera is so capable and easy to use. Battery life is incredible compared to my iPhone 16. I only charge it every other day. Highly recommend.

First off, this phone impresses with a 6.9″ QHD+ 120 Hz display and powerhouse internals, making games, videos and multitasking feel ultra‑smooth and premium. On the flip side, the charging speed is still only 45W wired, which is decent but lags behind some rivals offering much faster charging. That said, the camera setup—including a 200 MP main sensor and advanced AI features —delivers some of the best results you’ll find in a smartphone in 2025. My one hesitation is the very high price tag, which may make you pause if you’re upgrading from a recent flagship. Overall, this is a top‑tier phone that hits almost everything right while only a few small trade‑offs remain.

Sure! Here's a shorter version: --- Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra – Amazing! Bought it from Best Buy and I’m seriously impressed. The display is stunning, the camera is next-level, and it’s super fast. Battery lasts all day, and charging is quick. Worth every penny!
