Decided to upgrade from the S24+ and honestly there isnt much of a difference. Battery life seems to be the same, camera quality and display quality relatively similar. This phone is wifi 7 capable which is great very nice phone overall.

Happy with the samsung s26+ . The sales associate very helpful, answered all my questions with great patience. That is why I always come back to Best Buy Owings mills.

The guy who attended me at the beginning 10/10.
The lady who took my purchase and her supervisor ,0 customer service 0 understanding 0 humbled behavior.
Besides i explained more than 4 time that purchase went through, these two ladys were pointing me as a lier due to issues in their systm. I showed them transaction was approved by my bank so it means money was out and purchase was completed. What she said was " im working on this retail for more than 20 years and im telling you, this phone its not paid" it was closing time about 7pm . Only after more than 45min when the nice guy approached again and verified in another computer purchase was ok. They released me and my phone. He also helped me to stick screen protector and case. Such a nice guy more people.like him show be supervisor and not the lady who just walk again without even listen and care about situation.
