Customer Ratings & Reviews

I recently purchased the Samsung Galaxy S26 and I am absolutely thrilled with it. I’ve been using an S24 Ultra, so I have a solid point of comparison. Initially, I bought the S26 as a second phone for work, but it’s so good that it has now become my main device, while the S24 Ultra is reserved for work tasks. Why I love it: Display: The screen quality is magnificent. The picture is vibrant and sharp; the display is a joy to look at. Battery: Surprisingly, this phone holds a charge even better than my previous S24 Ultra. Camera: The photo quality is top-tier; the camera is very impressive. Convenience: It is incredibly lightweight, compact, and fits perfectly in the hand. On top of that, the phone is very fast and responsive. I am so happy with this purchase that I plan to replace my work S24 Ultra with an S26 Plus or S26 Ultra in the future. I definitely recommend it!

Love the quality of the pictures, easy to use, battery lasts!

I This Samsung s26 is a big step up for me coming from Samsung s10, I like having so many more Omegle’s and phone size is a little bigger which I like. I also like the way this phone pairs so easy to my car. I don’t like that it echoes sometimes. Buy overall I like this phone, This is the first brand new phone I have purchased in many years. I also like that the back is a light blue instead of black.

Really great phone with efficient and accurate touch response and cute typing feedback sound. Games are new to me and super at learning to use this phone

This is an awesome phone very fast, works great. I can play games on it no lagging, and stream social media with ease

Coming from a flip 6 phone, this phone feels great in the hand and battery life is amazing! Almost 2 days! Picture quality is also a dramatic difference. This phone is definitely worth the upgrade. You won't be disappointed.

This S26 has 3-4x the battery life of my S10e. I also really like the camera.

I’m not one to write reviews for the products I buy; I generally believe that things serve a single purpose, and you shouldn't expect anything more from them. However, something incredible happened to me yesterday: I dropped my phone and then ran over it with my truck. To my surprise—after removing the screen protector—it was completely intact! I don't know what material you guys use to make these, but keep up the great work.

The fastest mobile processor on the market, decent camera, nice display. It's really a great phone in almost every way

Great phone i love it i like feel of it in my hand

I have been using this smartphone for several months, and overall, I am very satisfied with my purchase. Before buying it, I spent a considerable amount of time comparing different models, reading reviews, and evaluating the features that were most important to me. After using it daily for work, communication, entertainment, photography, and social media, I can confidently say that this device has met and, in some aspects, exceeded my expectations. The first thing that stood out to me was the design and build quality. The phone feels premium in the hand, with a solid construction that inspires confidence. The materials used are durable, and despite regular daily use, the device has maintained its appearance very well. The buttons are responsive, and the overall ergonomics make it comfortable to hold for extended periods. Even when using it for hours at a time, whether browsing the internet or watching videos, it remains comfortable and easy to handle. The display is one of the strongest features of this smartphone. The screen is bright, sharp, and vibrant, making everything from reading articles to watching movies an enjoyable experience. Colors appear accurate and vivid, while the resolution ensures that text and images look crisp and detailed. Outdoor visibility is also excellent, allowing me to use the phone comfortably even under direct sunlight. The smooth refresh rate contributes to a fluid user experience, especially when scrolling through apps and websites. Performance has been consistently impressive. The phone handles multitasking with ease, allowing me to switch between multiple applications without noticeable slowdowns. Apps open quickly, and the operating system feels optimized and responsive. Whether I am checking emails, participating in video calls, editing documents, or using navigation applications, the device performs reliably. I have also tested several games, and the phone managed them smoothly with good graphics performance and minimal heating. Battery life has been another highlight. With moderate to heavy use, the phone comfortably lasts through an entire day. On lighter days, it often still has a significant amount of battery remaining by the evening. This reliability provides peace of mind, especially when traveling or spending long hours away from a charger. The fast charging capability is also very convenient, allowing the battery to recharge quickly when needed. This feature has saved me on numerous occasions when I only had a short amount of time available for charging. The camera system delivers very good results across a variety of conditions. In daylight, photos are detailed, sharp, and well-balanced. Colors appear natural without being overly saturated, and the dynamic range helps preserve details in both bright and dark areas of an image. Portrait mode produces pleasing background blur effects, while landscape shots capture a good level of detail. Night photography is also respectable, with the device producing usable images even in challenging lighting conditions. The front-facing camera performs well for video calls and selfies, offering clear images and accurate skin tones. Video recording quality is equally impressive. The stabilization system helps reduce unwanted movement, making videos look smoother and more professional. Audio recording is clear, and the camera software provides useful options for different recording situations. Whether capturing family events, travel memories, or simple everyday moments, the phone consistently delivers satisfying results. Storage capacity has been more than adequate for my needs. I store a large number of photos, videos, applications, and documents on the device, and I have not experienced any issues related to running out of space. The phone manages files efficiently, and accessing content remains fast regardless of how much data is stored. This has eliminated the need to frequently delete files or rely heavily on cloud storage solutions. The software experience has been clean and user-friendly. The interface is intuitive, making it easy to find settings and customize the device according to personal preferences. Regular software updates have improved security and added useful features over time. I appreciate that the manufacturer continues to support the device, helping it remain secure and functional long after purchase. Connectivity has been reliable in all situations. Wi-Fi performance is strong, Bluetooth connections remain stable, and cellular reception has been consistently good. Call quality is excellent, with clear audio on both ends of conversations. The speakers provide decent sound quality for media consumption, and the microphone performs well during calls and voice recordings.

Ordered a phone from Best Buy and there was no phone in delivery package. Box had been tampered with and Best Buy has been no help resolving the issue. They should have sent package to require signature for there customers. How do I file a claim? Went to store and no help! Please help me to resolving this issue!

I've been using the Galaxy S26 for a little while now, and I'm very happy with my purchase. The phone is fast, smooth, and responsive, whether I'm multitasking, taking photos, or using multiple apps throughout the day. The display is bright and beautiful, the battery easily lasts me all day, and the camera takes excellent photos, even in low light. I also love the size—it's comfortable to hold and easy to use with one hand without sacrificing screen quality. Coming from an older Galaxy phone, this feels like a significant upgrade. If you're looking for a reliable Android phone with great performance, a fantastic camera, and long battery life, I definitely recommend the Galaxy S26.

This is by far my favorite Android phone. I needed a great phone that was fast, took great pictures and had more memory. This is exactly what I needed, it took care of all of my needs. I needed a phone to take some great pictures of my new grandson and room for all the pictures and this was the perfect choice. I love how nice and light this phone is too. All the great features in a small light weight phone. Perfect! I didn't realize how heavy my old phone was till I got this phone. I am so happy with my purchase.

I i am a creature of habit and don't always like change. Iwas a little hesitant about getting a new phone and learning new features. But with the help of the staff at the store and my provider, the phone was pretty easy to use.And very similar to my prior samsung phone. The camera quality and battery life are far better than my previous phone that I had for years. The helps and tips for this phone are easy to maneuver through. The phone is also lightweight.

I’m really impressed with my Samsung Galaxy S26 256GB. The phone has a sleek, premium design and the Sky Blue color looks even better in person. The display is bright, smooth, and easy to see, and everything feels fast and responsive when switching between apps, browsing the internet, watching videos, and taking pictures. I also really like having 256GB of storage, because it gives me plenty of room for photos, videos, apps, and other files without constantly worrying about running out of space. The phone feels like a major upgrade and has been enjoyable to use every day. Overall, I'm very happy with my Galaxy S26. It looks great, performs well, and has the storage and features I wanted. I would definitely recommend it to someone looking for a new Samsung phone. I gave it 4 stars because there is always a little room for improvement, but this is definitely a phone I’m glad I purchased. Tip: If you tell me what you personally like most about your S26 (battery, camera, speed, screen, AI features, size, speakers, etc.), I can make this sound much more authentic and memorable—without making up anything.
