Customer Ratings & Reviews

Love my new Galaxy 26+. The color is beautiful and the image on screen is bold and font size is perfect. It was so easy to transfer all my info since I cant remember any passwords and I'm not tech savvy . Customer service was excellent.

Bought this for my dad.. he loves the camera for taking pics of the deer he feeds in his back yard..

So far, my new Samsung S26 Ultra has been working perfectly and met my expectations. I want to recommend Best Buy as one of the best plugs to get your gadgets and make sure you insure it with them and thank me later.

You will never regret buying an Ultra, best phone on the market, featuring the best AI tecnology and a powerful camera, you can simply do it all on this phone.

Love my new Galaxy S26 Ultra purchase. I use for a home base business and take lots of item pictures. The extended battery life over earlier models is a plus. The camera resolution & quality is sharper than earlier models also. Overall performance is great.

The Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra has a beautiful premium design, excellent display, and smooth performance. The camera quality is impressive, and the phone feels fast and responsive. The Sky Blue color looks great, and the 256GB storage is more than enough for everyday use. Overall, I’m very happy with this phone and would definitely recommend it.

The samsung galaxy S26 ultra is by far my favorite device im so grateful for the technology it provides to me daily (I love the camera)I would strongly recommend the 26 ultra!!

Excellent service. I bought the Galaxy S Ultra, and it has worked out very well for me; plus, it's unlocked. It's better to buy it at Best Buy—I highly recommend it.

Needed a new phone, got a stylus, fast and works quickly even if I forget to close my other apps. Battery life is great. Speakers really good. And don't get me started on the camera quality, I'm officially now a photographer ☺️

To turn the screen back on again and enter your code, you must tap the screen just right. Otherwise to get it brightness you may double tap 3 x for the correct lighting on the phone then put your code in. #Everything on the phone is Google connected. I just received a notification that they're gonna start counting. All of the google storage as data. You will either have to delete files or pictures or pay extra money for this storage on the new phones. Basically, google is now going to be making extra money off of you.Especially since the text messaging is done by Google, not Samsung. You have an option to change it. However, once again, you must use google to find out what to do.And how to do it?And where the settings will be located.

Exceeded my expectations and has been a great asset for my work and leisure!

Best phone Samsung has ever produced. The camera is amazing and the download and upload speeds are off the chart

Is the best smartphone, Simple interface and quick configuration

I like how edgy the corners are compared to previous generations, specially the S23 and S24. This feels more easier to handle. The screen blur option is good but the quality goes down when turned down so I give that a 6/10 but the phone is fast and very comfortable to use. If you need a new phone it should be S26.

Is one of the best investment and purchase i ever made, is amazing all new additions
