Great camera, very good picture and super far zoom. The battery also lasts me about 2 days and I use it heavily. This is their best phone yet.

I recently helped purchase a s26 Ultra at my local best buy for my elderly father. My experience was neither pleasant or professional. Back story... My father had an old android phone from around 2018(s9+) I sold him on the benefits of a newer phone with a longer battery life and better screen. He begrudgingly agreed a new phone would be a good thing. The salesman was A nice fellow, but he definitely had the built in sales script that made the experience horrible. My experience with my phone company is smooth and caring. When I buy a new phone everything from the protective screen, case and set up has always been done on the spot with no heavy sales tactics. At Best Buy with my elderly father, I felt I was put in a High stake pyramid scheme. He bought the phone around 1300 (1 PM for you non military folk) that nice salesman tried to talk us into waiting until 1700 (5pm) for geek squad to do what my carrier does for free but wanted to charge him money for a common courtesy My dad can afford a new phone, but we were vaguely told about a discount that would apply to the sale of this purchase and to look in the mail for it. It has been about 2 months now... No discount, no mail back box. We are both Minnesotans. And we are both disappointed with the customer service received. Still waiting on the discount mail box... P.S. We are a couple of good looking swedes that want to be treated right.

I had an s23 ultra before this phone and it was just crapping out on its battery and I no longer had any kind of insurance on it so I decided to go ahead and upgrade. Got the s26 ultra and I am very impressed with every aspect that I used on my phone before that I use now a new phone is a lot faster. And 12 GB of memory is amazing compared to eight.

This is a great phone, I upgraded from a Z Flip 5 and the battery life is night and day! The display is the bes ao any phone I have had!

I recently upgraded from an s22 ultra to the s26 ultra they removed the stupid edge screen the phone is insanely fast and the camera is noticably better

This phone is Very light and comfortable on hand while has enough large screen.

Great use of different Ai systems. Like using both. Just wish samsung would completely go Android instead of their UI.

They're great but it makes it hard when you go to show somebody something on your phone intentionally or whenever you're getting up out of bed and you're trying to simply read a notification. The s26 ultra features a dynamic on-and-off hardware privacy screen protector. This innovative feature is unique among smartphones currently available. While not flawless, it offers a significant advantage and is a valuable addition to the device.

I love the color, size and features of this phone. Everyday use is so simple and I am never disappointed in Samsung.

I ami'm officially one of those people that can only have a phone that has a stylus. This phone is exactly what I want. It was a little bit of an adjustment from the Galaxy Note10 that I upgraded from. But so far, no complaints.

So much better than apple. I had apple for 7 plus years and my wife and I switched over and do not regret it one bit. Android will always be better

I bought the s26 ultra because after almost 4 years my moto edge 2022 died on me. After researching phones the new motos didn't have what I needed, so went the s series. Im very impressed and will never go back to motos.

Lady at verizon was great. She was very helpful. Phone is well worth it. My daughter loves it and it is smooth...no hiccups and does what it is supposed to do.

Have trouble switching from home Wi-Fi to Version internet. S26 loses reception on the road all time. my s22 did not. loss internet and auto map a lot.

I love my new Samsung Ultra S26! So far I am enjoying all the new features. My last phone was a Ssmsung Ultra S22.
