After a few weeks, it's running circles around my S23 Ultra. I really like the privacy screen feature for certain apps and notifications, and the call screening tech is amazing! Battery life is fine, but not incredible.

This is really more a review on Best Buy. For the s26 Ultra they had free memory upgrade which AT&T and Samsung did not offer. Best Buy also got me more on the trade in off my S23 Ultra $1100 vs samsungs 900 and 30 dollar credit they offered.

DO NOT PURCHASE DEVICE THROUGH BEST BUY

Posting in hopes this may help someone... DO NOT EVER purchase a device through Best Buy. I pre-ordered my S26 Ultra while they were running a current promotion for $1300 trade in value + get a 512GB phone for the price of a 256GB. Once it was delivered, I activated the trade in process through AT&T with the code Best Buy emailed me and went to drop off my old phone. Upon doing so, AT&T told me they could not "see" the promotion Best Buy was running on my account (as they are seperate franchises.) They did also state that Best Buy is notorious for flashing *bells and whistles* promotions, but it's disingenuous. They advised me to check with Best Buy before I dropped my trade in device. Given I had time, I took it upon myself to contact Best Buy to discuss these matters and was hopeful to reach a resolution, and for them to simply honor what I signed up for on my account. After speaking to Best Buy Customer Service via chat and four reps on the phone, eventually escalating it to a Supervisor- they could not help me at all with my issues and instead boiled down to two options: Email and wait for a response, or see if there are any promotions available now through AT&T. To my surprise, Best Buy said they could not "see" or apply any promotional offers. Made no sense to me as I purchased the device during a promotional offer Best Buy was running? Needless to say, I will never be doing business with Best Buy again. They are absolutely disgusting for doing this to customers. Lesson learned for me.

Worst experience ever! Best buy used to be the standard for all electronics and now seem to not be able to deliver on the bare minimum expected of them. Pre-ordered my 26 ultra on march 2nd and still have yet to receive on the 23rd. If the ohone isnt delivered today they will automatically cancel order and i will lose my $200 off discount for Pre-ordering. Customer service has been no help at all. Seems like they are just trying to get out of the discount. Will never shop here again
