What I love most about the S26 Ultra is the incredible privacy screen it's super effective. The phone moves so smoothly, and the design is fantastic the pen is super slim, which makes it comfortable to hold and use. Plus, the battery life is solid, easily lasting me through the day.

Upgraded from S23 Ultra mainly due to battery starting to go, and a $1300 trade in credit. Overall it's not much different. The privacy screen feature is cool, but gimmicky. The camera bumps are annoying, all of my old wireless chargers no longer work since the phone won't lie flat.

Broke after 2 weeks. No damage to screen front or back and no water damage to phone occured. Phone stopped working and screen is all white and black

I upgraded to the Samsung S26 Ultra from an S23 Ultra and frankly, based on my usage, I do not see a huge difference in functionality or performance. Luckily, I pre-ordered and was able to take advantage of a $200 Best Buy discount and financed via Verizon, who was offering $1300 trade-in for the S23 Ultra that I was able to get it for free basically. Performance: What can I say - Samsung phones are high-performing. I'm sure there are performance improvements, but in my eyes if you have an old enough phone, but from my S23, they are negligible to the everyday eye. The camera is a bit better on paper - but I also find that there are nuances (close-up focus, etc.) that are a bit annoying compared to the S23 Ultra. I will say that as of now, the battery seems to be better and lasts longer even with higher performance settings running. Functionality: In terms of functionality, the features are consistent with my S23 Ultra based on my use. The add-on functionality for the privacy screen is a positive - but I question how effective it really is. The screen is still quite viewable from an angle - so, is it worth it? Not sure - but it's a nice add, I guess. I'm sure someone who has more advanced use than I do may find certain features better on the edge cases, but for me, I don't' really see much of a difference. Noteworthy issue: For me the biggest detractor is the thickness of the camera bezel. The phone does not lay flat - even with Samsung's case - and wobbles like crazy if trying to use it flat on a surface. I spent ~$60 for a case that I don't use now because I switched to a leather case (that i spent another ~$60) on that softens to wobble and flattens it somewhat - but it's still there. I'm now used to it - but seems like a design flaw. Summary: So in summary, is it a good phone? Yep! I am a fan of Samsung phones overall - but is it worth the upgrade if you have a more recent version? Probably not unless one of the small improvements catches your eye.

I am finding the device to be quite impressive, particularly with its camera capabilities. The screen privacy features are also a welcome addition. Its performance is remarkably swift, making multitasking a seamless experience. Furthermore, the battery life has exceeded my expectations, lasting throughout extended usage periods. Overall, it offers a truly satisfying user experience.

Came from the S22 Ultra. Mega upgrade with this one. Love the new features and how its so incredibly snappy FAST! Battery lasts me most the day and i still have 50% left when i clock out from work.

One of the best overall phones on the market. The S26 Ultra has an excellent screen even in direct sunlight, its fast, and has a very good camera.

The phone has been great so far. I went from an S22 Ultra to the S26 Ultra. I was hesitant at 1st to go thru with the upgrade, and now that I did I am super satisfied. The S26U has newer software that is faster and super smooth. The camera is better. The newer AI features that were added are not only very helpful but fun to use as well. All in all I am very happy with this phone.

Coming from an s23, this phone is a huge upgrade. The privacy screen is useful and phone rums extremely fast.

I ended up buying a samsung galaxy s26 ultra through best buy because they were offering a better deal than verizon at the time i purchased it. They were offering $1200 off, but after I purchased it and turned in my old phone at verizon they didnt see where I had any trade in offer for my old device. I had to call there loyalty # and then they were able to give it to me. The phone is awesome! The only thing I dont like is it doesnt let you take a photo with your pen and that was a figure on the s24ultra i loved! Other than that everything else was definitely worth it!

I recently purchased the new Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra through Best Buy. Overall, I have really enjoyed the experience and the phone itself has been absolutely great. The design is a nice improvement—the rounded edges make the phone much easier and more comfortable to hold in my hand. The standout features for me so far are the camera, which takes incredible photos, and the privacy screen setting, which is a fantastic addition for everyday use. Regarding the S-Pen, I do miss the Bluetooth connectivity and its specific remote functions from previous models, but I still find myself using it frequently for reading and taking notes. My only real complaint is about the purchasing logistics. The process of actually ordering the device and getting my trade-in processed was difficult and more frustrating than it needed to be. Despite the hiccups with the trade-in, my overall experience with Best Buy was positive, and I am very happy with the phone itself.

The s26ultra is so much more than a phone. Its fun to use and takes great photos.

This is probably the best device I've ever had. The camera is amazing and it has a built in styles which comes in real handy. Also this device can double as a pc with dex and a TV or monitor that is BT capable.
