The phones were easy to activate with the easy instructions included with the order. I will do more online shopping with Best Buy in the future. I am impressed with the ease of tracking and the follow up emails for technical help if needed. It was not needed but was appreciated.

LCD messed up

But the best buy insurance that you purchase through best buy, isn't what they claim it to be.. went to turn the phone in at geek squad through the best buy insurance and they said that the insurance wouldn't cover the phone, that I would have to pay the same deductible ($149.99) that one would have to pay verizon. So again, why ask if the customer would like to purchase their insurance because it's "way" better than verizons insurance, when it really isn't.
