Prefer my Galaxy 3 better, the phone speaker is not near as good. Also the fingerprint lock is very difficult to use and activate when need in hurry.

The sound sums the Sam sung G6 phone seems to be pretty good, one of the big problems is I have an overheating if you use it in VR status. Have contacted Samsung at least five times nothing has occurred in a positive way as of this time. I don't know if this is just my phone's problem or an outstanding problem was Samsung's Galaxy six in the VR. The phone if you talk on it for more than 20 minutes you can fill a hotter than normal to the casing.

amoled technology makes for superior screen. camera is good.

I purchased the Samsung S6 in March. After a week and a half the battery would not hold a charge and I would keep getting kicked out of my apps. I returned it to the store and they did exchange it. Now after a month with the new phone the battery is once again not holding a charge. It is passed the time I can exchange it. Not sure I will go with Samsung again!

I purchased the Samsung Galaxy S6 on the day after black Friday. The deal was I turn in my phone and get the upgraded version. The associate transferred everything over for me to the new phone. Then collected my old phone to be returned to Verizon. I have since been informed by the mobile manager Best Buy was not supposed to collect my old phone. I was supposed to deliver it to Verizon myself. Now Verizon is billing me for the unreturned phone and Best Buy is simply saying to bad your word against ours. Customer service at this store could use some training. The associates obviously need to be more informed in the processes they are supposed to take during the transactions. Great phone, however, will never go to Best Buy for anything again. In my eyes once a reputable company that no longer has my trust.
