I regret not doing more research in order to avoid complexity in the phone and verizon'e high prices

Hard to us keyboard on phone hard to use different features

trouble with touch screen responding. Had to get new S6 from Verizon under device warranty. I saw online that many users had the same screen trouble I did. Hope the new one is better. I do like many of the features of the S6, but if it isn't dependable the likes are meaningless.

This is my fourth Samsung Galaxy. I have purchased all my phones from Best Buy. Great customer service. Downloaded my data and had my phone ready to go in 40 minutes. Have recommended BB to several friends for phone purchase.

Had an s4 since they released and it finally died on me. Charge port went bad 3 times on my s4 and got sick of paying the insurance fee so decided to upgrade. The S6 is still an amazing phone but there's just not that much difference between my S4 and S6.

When I need to upgrade, this is how I will be buying my phones! Excellent price! I haven't used it, it's my mom's first smart phone that I bought her. I needed her to have something similar to my Samsung Note so I can troubleshoot with her.

The phone is great; however this $1 phone will now cost me $600 in lost discounts from Verizon. My acct was out of contract and renewing meant I lost a $25/ month discount; thus 2 years time $25 = $600 No notice was given about the loss of discount

Got this phone for my daughter when she cracked the screen on her Galaxy S3. I got the S6 for my self the first week it was available on Verizon. We've been happy with the phone.

Service was good but put the upgrade on the wrong phone. Has since been resolved.

The best buy representative explained the several different phones and which would be perfect for my needs. The representative explained the working of the phone phone to me and the advantages over the phone I had. Great experience

Can't change the settings for the alarm clock. The snooze has only one option, can't set multiple alarms, the shut off/snooze button is just a tap. It's really a step back in a very basic function/need.

The phone works ok having horrible battery issues it goes from 100% or 80% to 0 in less than 2 hours. When I get it checked they tell me its fine.

I bought the Galaxy 6. i was on the fence between this one or the Edge. My other smartphone was 5 years old!! so this was a great upgrade and replacement. My boyfriend bought it for me as a birthday gift....Love it!1

15 days after purchase the screen began to burn out. Went totally black within 24 hours. Since it was past 14 days no support or resolution through best buy (wtf) Still waiting for full resolution from Samsung..... Really enjoyed the phone until it broke. Still waiting for my replacement......

I like this phone so much I bought 2 it is very fun to use but not two at the same time. Why do they sell me two phones. I guess now I have a backup. I will not be buying the insurance now I've got new phones sweet.

Very easy to use and the service from Jimi at Best Buy is fantastic. He has walked me through any issues and makes sure I am comfortable with what he's taught me. I am learning something new every day on the phone.
