    I purchased my phone and in one week my phone was completely inoperable. As a result, I lost all of my data. Pictures and videos that I can never replace. The staff at best buy were great and gave me a new phone on the spot. True professionals at your store in Trumbull, CT!

    I know phones are not indestructible but I thought this phone had a better than usual screen that held up to minor drops. My son dropped his phone from less than a foot off the ground and the screen cracked! We only had the phone for a few days too. I will not choose this brand next time I'm up for a new phone.
