This is probably the worst cell phon I have ever purchased. Many attempts to correct the problems have failed. Hoping to get an exchange.

Not Samsungs' best effort. Can be laggy at times with a terrible battery quality. Looking forward to going back to LG phones.

phone did not work for two weeks after I bought it, store had entered wrong ID code of the phone, very frustrating .

I never got the hang of it and returned it for a Motorola Ultra. Galaxy operation is very apple like and I hated it.

Horrible phone. Screen froze and BEST BUY was of no help to me. I will never buy anuthing from them again.

Returned phone, had some glitches, may have been that specific phone and not the model.

I purchased the Samsung S6 32GB Gold phone from Best Buy because of the $100 GC that came with it and the Edge deal that was happening. The phone is amazing, snappy, takes perfect pictures, videos, and charges wirelessly. The only problem I have had with the phone is the battery life, which I have to fully charge, on some days, upwards of 3 times.

It ain't no iPhone. Don't work very well. Would not recommend!!

This has been a disappointing cell phone from the beginning because of a very poor battery life, even with low screen brightness and little use the battery does not last a day.

My 5 year old phone broke so I needed a new one . Went to best buy in Williamsburg VA . I had already made up my what phone I thought I wanted . I just wanted to see it and see how it felt and was constructed. I talked to three different employees yes all three were glad to help me . It was great service , I felt like everyone of them actually cared about doing their job that's a rare feeling in this day and age. After talking to them and hearing 3 different views they changed my mind on the phone I wanted . They didn't up sell me both phones cost the same . I'm glad they changed my mind the other phone I was looking at is now getting bad rewiews on line and it appears to be having service failures . The Best Buy employees were ahead of the game from being on the front lines . The phone is great it has a big screen that is easy to read . Works fast , has plenty of storage,looks and feels great .

I upgraded from a Droid RAZOR Maxx to the S6. What a difference. The S6 has a big bright screen, the apps load fast, and is full of usable features. I got the S6 a week ago and I am still finding cool things it is capable of doing. Love the ability to automatically go into car mode when I connect to blue tooth in the car. Easily set up personal ringtones for each family member. Battery lasts all day, but if I have an evening event it needs a little power boost.

I got the gold S6 to replace my 5 year old iPhone 4S. Being used to an outdated phone, I can't say how the S6 stacks up to competing models. But I can say that it is a fantastic phone and web device. Phone calls are clear and the volume is good. Both cameras are fantastic. I like to record videos of my guitar playing and the video and especially the sound of the on-board microphone are very good. As far as surfing the web goes, the 3 GB of RAM and fast processor makes for a very pleasant browsing experience. The screen is a good size and it's Gorilla glass which is a big plus. The depth and vibrancy of the colors on the screen is great for photos, videos, and video games. Mine works perfectly so I have no complaints. I am very happy with the Galaxy S6 and Best Buy did a wonderful job getting me set up with the phone.

I loved this until 6 months in and my prongs bent on the charging port internally. Even though this is a known issue with Samsung they would not cover it under the warranty because I damaged it. Sad that just plugging it in to charge can cause damage to a phone. Traded it in on an iPhone.

I had her upgrade from the HTC One (M7). She loves that moving around is almost the same (both being androids), but loves the screen on this one so much more. She loves playing Facebook games, so the slightly bigger screen and much more high quality screen makes her happy. When asked what color she wanted... gold. And I must say, this is not a cheesy shiny chrome gold... very classic/light gold color.

Display is amazing and the camera is gorgeous! Battery life could be slightly better but I still get through a full day. Note 4 lasted longer for me though, at least a day and a half. Other than that, phone is perfect in every other way possible.

Had an S3 that I really liked. The S6 has so many issues I do not have the time to list them all. I doubt I will purchase Samsung again.

I love everything about the performance of this phone and the charging pad is fun as well. However, my battery life is pretty horrific even with taking battery life saving efforts. I still like the phone but just carry around some extra juice when I am out and about.
