    It's a nice new phone with all the bells and whistles. It's taking some time to transfer what I had on my old phone to this phone. There's odd things with the keyboard, like repeated words pop into the middle of a sentence Im typing. With a new update of the operating system two days ago my email account information was reset so it won't let me delete emails.

    great phone, great price and the Best Buys staff at Bridgewater NJ were great - knowledgeable & courteous. I really appreciated the Samsung ksiok at this store, we walked thru all the functions on this phone, helped me set up shortcuts and custom screens - it was extremely helpful
