When I need to upgrade, this is how I will be buying my phones! Excellent price! I haven't used it, it's my mom's first smart phone that I bought her. I needed her to have something similar to my Samsung Note so I can troubleshoot with her.

Can't change the settings for the alarm clock. The snooze has only one option, can't set multiple alarms, the shut off/snooze button is just a tap. It's really a step back in a very basic function/need.

The best buy representative explained the several different phones and which would be perfect for my needs. The representative explained the working of the phone phone to me and the advantages over the phone I had. Great experience

Got phone and read in pamphlets that came with that a user manual was available by either email or calling. Email useless. Called and spoke with helpful rep who did find the manual. When we saw that it was 188 pages long he printed it for me and mailed i out. I got it in a few days.

Very easy to use and the service from Jimi at Best Buy is fantastic. He has walked me through any issues and makes sure I am comfortable with what he's taught me. I am learning something new every day on the phone.

This is an okay device. There is a lot of room for improvement

I had an accident with my S7 and had to buy for full price due to the insurance coverage - NOT covering a "normal" accident. Due to the cost I downgraded to the S6 and pleasantly surprised it is a great phone.

I am not very tech-saavy, but like to have the newest phone. This one has been working great for me. Have had it 18 months now and have not had any issues with it at all. Very highly recommended.

my mother loves her new cell she had a moto before and she does not miss it at all all she got to say is great things about her new cell and she loves that she got it for only a dollar lol

This phone has been everything that I had hoped. Having the integrated wireless charging capability has been a great add-on that makes each night and morning a little easier and quicker.

This a great upgrade for those that don't need all the bells and whistles. This was my first cell phone outside of the cellular stores. Great deal for a buck, and outstanding service.

I've lost track of the number of Samsung Galaxy devices we've had in our family starting with the S3. I'll choose Android over Apple any day and Samsung over other devices.

This phone has been very user friendly and fast processing speeds. I feel like every time i turn the phone on i find something new and awesome i didnt know about.

Had the S4 for 2 years and really liked it but it suddenly would not charge and could not get it on even to download pictures. The S6 seems to be a great upgrade. Hope it lasts at least 2 years, the same as the S4.

Bought this phone for my wife and it is a great phone has a long battery life the last her all day and she's on it constantly with other emails or business calls

I was thrilled with the Galaxy S4 and when it was time to upgrade I was staying with the Galaxy and decided to get the S6. It fits my needs perfectly.

I previously had a Galaxy 3, which was also awesome! The 6 is an excellent upgrade all the way around.

First smart phone I have had. It is taking a little time to get used to all the features, but as time progresses I feel more comfortable with it.
