Loved my Samsung Galaxy S4. This is more of the same except a little bigger and way faster. Screen looks great.

The phone was purchased for my teenage daughter. She had been using Samsung Galaxy 3 so it was time for an upgrade.

I "upgraded" from a Samsung S3 to the S6. The S6 has a sturdy build, nice feel and a good screen. The S6 responds quickly and has good call quality. I'm disappointed with Samsung's decision to eliminate the SD card and use a non replaceable battery. It's very Apple like... which I DISLIKE. I still use my S3 to stream my music via Bluetooth because of the storage limitations of the S6.

I love my S3 when I first got it. It's only problem was dropped calls because it couldn't switch towers smoothly. That is no longer a problem. I was even able to keep a call when I drove thru an local area known as pergatory. I usually have no cellular service in this area. This S6 is so much better. A little bigger screen and much better pictures taken. It's easy to set up and find answers if your having problems. I'm really happy with my phone.

This phone is a great piece of hardware! Sound quality is excellent, smooth operation when on the Internet, long battery life and a beautiful screen really says it all. The only caveat with this or probably any other device with a USB charging cable, be careful removing it from the phone. The shielding is "pulling" off revealing the wires near the mini usb end of the cable. I'll probably ask Samsung for a new one. Other than that? Awesome device.

I love my new phone, Casey Mortensen helped me pick it out. She was mentioning to me that she's an Iphone person but she'd upgrade to the Galaxy S6 if she could. The quality of the camera is great! That's mainly what I use it for. Internet is fast, phone is clear and typing is easy on this phone. I am overall very satisfied with this purchase! We will be going back in the next few months to pick another one up for my fiance. Thanks again Best Buy!

Not impressed with the price, and the same device just slightly bigger. Phone has some delay in closing apps and showing icons. Camera is fantastic, PICS are amazing. Purchased for my wife because her S4 quit working. Sometimes I wonder if the updates you download are meant to screw the phone up, so you buy a new one. Overall pleased with the purchase. Way better than our previous Iphones

I originally bought this and was weary of the fact that there was no removable back or battery or expandable SD card slot. However, after using the phone for 2 weeks now, I have to say the upgrade from an S5 is well worth it! The pictures are much sharper and clearer, plus, pro mode takes photos to a whole new level! 32GB is plenty of space when paired with 500GB of free online dropbox storage. If looking for a new phone, look no further!

I can't give you all the reasons that I love this phone because I haven't figured them all out yet. This phone has a crazy good color and resolution for pictures and videos, I've never seen anything like it. The feature of double click to open the camera from a sleep state is fast and accurate. The quick charge is truly amazing on top of the fact that the battery life is fantastic. I will definitely keep this phone for a long long time.

My contract was ending and it was time to upgrade my phone. I had an HTC One and was totally satisfied with it but made the move to Samsung and the Galaxy S6. I have not been disappointed! The phone has been great and I highly recommend it to anyone considering a new phone. There are differences between how this phone functions as compared to HTC but there is nothing I have found that makes me sorry I made the switch. The mail app in the Galaxy had some little quirks in the setup that I did not like as compared to my old HTC so I am using a third party mail app. Some apps that I was using actually don't work correctly in the S6 but there have always been alternatives that were available to accommodate my needs. Again, nothing serious that causes me to regret my choice. And speaking of apps, the Smart Switch app made it painless to move all my pics, contacts and data to my new phone as well as downloading and installing the apps that I was using at the time of the switch. The phone is fast - apps load and run quickly. The audio is also quite good. One of the best features is the camera - especially in low light level conditions. The quality of the phone is also really good. The speaker phone is sensitive and provides for good listening and talking when using it. You don't have to put the phone right by your mouth in order to be heard by the other person. So overall I am totally happy with this phone. There are still some features I have yet to explore but I don't think there is going to be anything I find that will change my opinion. If you are looking for an upgrade - the S6 is a great chopice.

Beautiful device but battery and lag can be issues

This phone has an absolutely gorgeous display, and when the device is fresh off a reboot it runs quick and peppy. But there are two issues we've seen so far. First, battery life is not very good with this phone, even while being conscientious to turn off wifi/gps when not in use. It will make it through a standard 8-hour work day, but it will need recharging if you're going out afterward. Second issue is that if left on for more than a few days, it really starts to see noticeable lag. It's imperative to do a manual power-down and reboot once every few days.

3 people on my plan just upgraded to this phone and the consensus is that it's awesome. Great pictures, fast and responsive, and handy little features around every corner of the new lollipop operating system. Samsung did a great job with this phone. Just make sure you buy a case because I felt like I was going to drop it without one.

Great camera, sharp clear pictures. Battery life is horrible. I can barely get through 12hours without recharging, and I am not a heavy user. Plus don't waste your money on the wireless charger. It charges to 100% then shuts off so after all night you have only 75%-80%battery life. We have two S 6's and two wireless chargers and they both do the same thing.

The only negative I could find is that sometimes the battery life will be a bit strange, but this is just after having it for a year and seems like a normal thing. Easy to use, runs fast, great HD screen.

This phone has a lot of great features, and I'm very happy with the build quality thus far. It's been solid in all aspects but the battery life... I just toss it on to charge the wireless charger, when not in use, and it seems to do just fine. If you are a heavy user, I only get about 8hrs of use before it dies.

I was expecting a big jump in performance and experience when I upgraded. The performance bit was satisfied a little. Apps still take a split second to load and are not instant even though I brealy installed 3-4 apps over what's available out of the box. The experience is just the same. Bloatware still exists and since I've owned an S3 for three years, I did not get the 'wow' factor. Now I have second thoughts as to whether I should have gotten an iphone 6 instead. Camera is great though the iphone 6 is just as good.
