I had trouble with my S6 from day one (11/27/15). Verizon has offered and early upgrade to S7 and I will receive it on 03/11/16. Thank goodness!

I have now taken a class on how to use it. It was very informative. Most of the confusion is gone. I am still learning more as I use it.

I bought this for my mother for her first smartphone. Personally, I don't think it's that great considering how popular the Galaxy line seems to be. It comes with crazy amounts of bloatware just to begin with. This is a personal opinion, but we find it very uncomfortable to hold, too thin & slick for my taste, had to get a case asap. Something about the screen rubs me the wrong way too, my fingers don't seem to slide across it with ease like other smartphones i've used. idk, maybe I'm just picky, so many others love this phone.

I am very happy with the purchase of my Samsung - Galaxy S6 and recommend it as well as the Best Buy Geek Squad staff to everyone!

I'll always buy Samsung phones! I've had my s6 for almost a year and haven't run into any problems yet. I couldn't be happier!!

Overall, I like my phone. Easy to use and great features. Battery doesn't last. Have tried every trick to extend and they don't work.

Needed a new phone and wasn't expecting to leave the store with a G6. It's been almost 6 months and I love it more each day!

The Galaxy series is amazing, this phone has wifi calling so it makes it worth it when you travel out of the states also.

This is a nice upgrade from the Galaxy S4 that I owned for a couple of years. Love the security using fingerprint.

Finally took the plunge and got the phone for my mom so now I am the only dumbphone user in the family, She loves it.

I am thrilled with my new phone. So many people said ro get an Iphone but I opted for Samsung. Not disappointed!

Only issue that concerned me was this unit is very slick , easy to drop.

I love my new Samsung Galaxy S6! It's my first smartphone and it seems to do everything I wanted it to!

Everything about the phone has been great so far -- updated from the Samsung Galaxy S4, and I love it!

I wanted a phone with the same quality as the previous S3 I had. Looking at both the iPhone and S6 it was clear which phone I needed to choose.

In some ways the S4 was superior. I miss the expandable memory and replaceable battery. Battery life on this is probably comparable to most phones available today. Carry a recharger with you. Reception was great until recently and I'm going to go to Verizon to have that checked out. It's probably a temporary issue. I think Samsung will do better in the future but this phone met my expectations for the products available in the market today.
