The phone works well and I prefer Android over OS. This is my sons phone, and one thing I do not like is the VR head set. Since you have to remove it from the case to use it, it makes it very easy for the phone to be broken. I'm sure with all the cases out there it would be impossible to design a head set to work with all of them, but not thrilled with it.

Have maintained in the galaxy options for the last 5 years, keep liking it and enjoying everything about them. My wife is Apple loyal and every time I have to do something with it I hate it and many times can't get done the simple things I was trying to do

Good smartphone for the money. It does everything I need it to do.

I got this phone because it was a Black Friday deal you just couldn't pass up. I am, however, disappointed because it will not send group texts or images. I went back to Verizon a few months later and they just gave me a new phone... with the same problem. Eventually I will go back and try to get the issue resolved, but I HATE going to a verizon store.

Currently, I am in writing this in August 2018. Obviously there are some better versions out by now but for anyone looking at this in particular, I can say they got it right on it. I have an Otterbox case and between purchase and now, it works almost as good as day 1! I feel as if I do not need to consider anything else! Worth it!

My son needed a new phone. I told him about this phone's features and the Best Buy gift cards. He was thrilled with this purchase. We all love Best Buy's insurance. It is cheaper than the phone carrier's insurance. Check it out. You won't be disappointed.

I got the Samsung S 7 when I finally decided to give up my beloved Blackberry. Despite never having lived in "Android world," I found the phone rather intuitive and easy to use. The telephone, email, messaging and camera features are all simple to figure out. I'm sure once I get around to reading the user's guide, I'll find even more features that I like.

Better camera, sharper screen image, better quality sound on calls

it's a nice phone just wish it came with instructions on how to work everything it offers while using it the other day the screen went black and I couldn't use it and if it wasn't for a friend of my husbands telling me how to reset the phone I never would have figured it out and would've wasted my time returning it only to have the geek squad reset it in mintues.

I traded my previous Samsung in, I get the "BEST" Customer Service & Support at Best Buy. Can't say enough about their customer service skills. I tell everyone, get your stuff there, they are always willing to help you out with questions or problems.

This is the first phone I haven't had any problems immediately after purchase. It responds quickly. The only thing that is sometimes touchy is the fingerprint ID recognition. It works amazing with Verizon, but maybe a little too good. I have to turn off the data when on wi-fi otherwise the data overrides the wi-fi and my data usage goes through the roof.

I Like my phone. Has desired memory and service required.

I got this phone for my wife shortly after getting the Edge for me. I rated the Edge 4 stars because the edge feature is actually a bit troublesome at times. Despite this phone having a slightly smaller screen size, it is a better phone all around.

very fast. OS is very intuitive. Definitely its a buy buy phone.

This phone is great, has some great new features. Only down side so far is they dropped the IR blaster so I can't use it as a remote anymore. But still more than worth it, much better than any Iphone

Had a bad experience with the phone service in best buy. I was looking to get the edge, but had to settle with this instead. Really don't think I would have used any edge features anyway. If you're looking to save a little this would be a great choice.
