My last phone was the S5. The S7 has much better storage and the screen is clearer. The battery life is better but not great yet. Even though this isn't an Edge there is a slight curve at the edges which causes an issue with glass screen protectors. The performance is good for what I need and overall it's a pretty good phone.

Very nice display, very smooth interaction, not jittery in any function or screen transition, i.e. buttery smooth. The larger display is nice, easy reading. Good battery life, biggest battery in the business right now. Charges fast. Sound quality is good on verizon to verizon customers with high def voice on. Good picture quality with many functions. Don't like the Samsung Sense UI, put Nova Launcher on it! Good Wifi and Blue tooth functionality, 802.11ac speeds on Wifi. GPS seems pretty good as well. Google maps and street view is very responsive. Put this in a Otterbox Metro case, looks snazzy. The edge function is kinda of a glam factor more then any thing but hey, the night clock on the edge is pretty neat looking. This is definitely a good flag ship for Samsung and it lives up to its reputation. Got a 48 inch Samsung TV for $250 to boot for this purchase so not so bad all around.

Upgraded from Note 4, and I have to say Samsung has outdone themselves with this phone. I've been using it for 3 months and it is extraordinary. Very fast, amazing screen, the edge features are great and the battery life is phenomenal. Highly recommend!

Got this phone after having the LG 3 for 2plus years. Always had good luck with android and Samsung so when it as offered for 12.49/month we grabbed them. It has all the latest features and it's fast. Takes awesome pics. It does get hot after a while but most phones do. Best buy had a better deal than Verizon so I usually get my phone and contracts through them.

Awesome phone - great pictures. The Galaxy S7 Edge has a gorgeous larger curved screen and larger battery than the otherwise identical standard S7. It really is something special. The extra navigation tools can be useful when used judiciously.

Great pics, easy to use, great screen, I like everything about the mobile phone. A small current glitch with Verizon not the phone though regarding Voice Mail. Verizon is working on the issue.

I have own cellular phones for over 25 years, and I've tried them all. Samsung has consistently produced some of the best products on the market, and the Galaxy S7 Edge is the top of the line, regardless of competitor or service provider. The first thing that you'll notice is the brilliant screen. It offers a generous memory and the option of a micro SD card, which its competitors do not. The low light camera is one of it's best features, and the sole reason that my wife also purchased the same phone. We often leave our smaller point and shoot camera at home and use our S7 Edge phones to take photos...even at the beach. Why, because it's waterproof and takes excellent photos.

Have had every Samsung s series phone won't use anything else. Have most of family using as well. Love the S7 Edge best phone to date perfect size for my hands, great pictures, awesome features and use for everything don't use laptop anymore.

This is the replacement for my short-term Recalled Samsung Note 7. The phone is comparable - but I definitely miss the smidgen extra width, and the pen. Cons: 1. The microphone clarity when making a call is definitely lacking - with many comments during phone calls (with or without headphones, or on speaker) of: "I can't hear you"; "What did you say?" "did you stop talking", "what is that noise?" etc. I ultimately, searched internet for clues.. and changed some settings - so the comments are fewer. But, you really shouldn't have to do that to make a call. Or have to turn the microphone directly toward your mouth & use speaker. 2. Power button could be positioned higher or lower located, as it is in the perfect place to "inadvertently" hang-up on a call. 3. No Iris scan; Pros: 1. Great camera! 2. Battery life is great - but only has the one power-saving mode (vs 2 in Note 7). Charges quickly. 3. Has the standard connector - not the USB-C - so didn't need to buy new charger or adaptors 4. Multiple browser platforms 5. Wi-Fi Direct :) 6. Encryption 7. Edge capability

Purchased the galaxy s7 edge by Samsung, as a wifi unit only. Did not need another phone, but wanted to pair it with the Samsung gear VR unit. It was a good deal with free giveaway items : 64 Evo microSDXC us 1 card ; 5 free games and VR unit itself. Use the S7 edge as remote control unit for my fire tv programing and other smart items. It is an attractive, sleek streamlined phone . Light and very slim with ample battery life. It maintains a digital read out of date , time and power charge percentage . Would recommend this phone to anyone in need of a good one.

Best phone I've ever had. I'm not a photographer but I've taken some pretty amazing pictures and the editing tools are easy to use. Runs smoothly and absolutely love using it in the gear vr.

I upgraded to this phone from an s5 and i'm blown away by how much better this phone is! I love the multiwindow function and the edge screen. The features on this phone make it so much easier for me to be more efficient, whether I'm using it for work, research, how many calories I've burned or just a good place to eat. I haven't seen this mentioned much, and I know this isn't exclusive to this phone but I love the safety features it has too. I can tap the home button three times and the phone will send my choice of contacts a front and back camera picture, a five second audio recording, and my location with an SOS message. This phone has been more useful than I had expected a phone could be. I'm looking forward to getting a gear watch to go with it. I'll always buy galaxy phones from now on.

They have restored my faith! They have put the additional sim card slot back in the phone for added memory. The camera is better,especially in low light. The screen is bigger (had S 4 before) and brighter and the battery lasts much longer.

This phone makes me happy! The camera is amazing in low light areas. I added lots of memory and an SD card. You can't do this with an Iphone. I use the edge shortcut buttons all the time. The big screen is beautiful and water resistant.

I bought it the last day or pre-order and have loved it ever since. Better than iPhone and other android phones available. Amazing camera! huge battery! Beautiful screen, love curved screen and simplicity of use! Perfect in most areas!

Powerful, fast and crystal clear. This is the best cell phone I've owned. Camera is fast and takes great low-light pics without using the flash. Love the edge screen but, protect it. I broke mine after 12 days - repair is expensive.

Left Android and went to Apple. After two years on Apple I went back to Android and never looked back. I've never really been impressed by the Samsung phones until the S7 line. This is by far the best android phone I've ever had. This is also the best phone I've ever had. My friends have iPhones and are constantly impressed by the things this phone can do with android. Partially because android is on the cutting edge of mobile hardware/software and they're getting a slightly updated version of the same thing every year. Phone wars aside...The camera is incredible, battery life is awesome and the screen is sooooooo attractive. I love this phone. Can't wait to jump to the S8 line soon, but my S7 Edge isn't leaving me with anything to be desired.
