The S7 finally a homerun!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Finally made the jump to the s7 edge from note 4. The 5.5 screen size is perfect and bringing back the SD card and water resistance features was a plus!

Maybe my last upgrade for years?
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The S7 edge is possibly the last phone I may need for quite some time. I upgraded from a S5 active. The return of microsd, the phenomenal battery, water resistance, and beautiful screen makes for a mobile phone that I will be happy with for a while. I even find the edge panel quite useful after really only considering this model for the larger battery. I get a solid day and a half out of it with regular email, texting, music streaming, and random app usage.

Best Phone Ever
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've had a lot of phones and this by far is the best. The battery life is terrific and the screen is beautiful. It's so much more I could say but you would have to experience it for yourself.

Powerful and light
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I switched from an iPhone and it tool a week to love this phone with super clear pictures and videos. I use it for work and play and the calendar that comes with it is not bad. I am using Outlook and it syncs all my calendars in one place. It's a small, light phone and easy to navigate.

Excellent phone
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. One of the best phones out or should I say it is the best phone out. Smooth, no lag, plenty of space for those unwanted apps, camera is awesome. So much customization you can do. Battery is OK for now. Only downfall can't remove battery I guess that's why it's water resistant. It's best to add 128gb samsung pro micro sd. It's the only one that's compatible with 4k videos. There is no 200gb out yet.

Great Phone
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This phone is definitely one of the fastest on the market at the moment. I have dropped it several times on hard floors, and there is no visible damage at all. I have also handled it with wet hands, and it still works flawlessly. Although, the fingerprint scanner doesn't get along with water drips. The edge screen is a great addition, and I have gotten use out of the news feature when the phone is locked. The battery life is great, since it lasts about a day with moderate to heavy use.

Love this S7 edge
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Amazing phone especially the silver color. Great built quality it feels so premium when you hold it. The screen to body ratio is what makes or breaks a deal for me. It is not bulky and still has a big screen. The phone is fast I mean pretty fast with zero lag. The edge screen is my favorite thing on my phone. I love the night clock so much and I doubt I will be able to switch for any other phone without this option. Things I wish were better. The charging port does not suite this phone. Samsung should invent something like apple so that it is easier to plug in. Still a lot of bloatware on the phone. You can disable it but please let us delete the unwanted software. I do not like the at&t logo on the back and the at&t welcome screen player when you power on the phone. I am a loyal at&t customer but I do not want them to put unnecessary things on my phone. Some problems I encountered. The camera got stuck couple of times. The power and volume buttons failed to work numerous times. The always on display does not display notifications except the text messages.

Made the switch and I'm happy
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I switched from the major competitor with lots of "are you sure" and "it's a lot different" comments. I like the S7 Edge and I didn't find it too difficult to maneuver. It's bigger, heavier, and brighter than the 5c that I had. I enjoy swipe text, split screen, and amazing photos. I've only had one issue with browsing the Web, which may have been that particular website. I do wish the sound was better but the storage space, features, and speed make up for it.

Galaxy s7 Edge
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I am a former apple phone user and decided to make the switch to an Android phone. This isn't to say that I was unhappy with Apple, but just wanted to try something new. There are a ton of great things with this phone. I truly like the expandable memory and long battery life of the phone. Also, as this phone is water proof, that is a big advantage and one less risk to be concerned with. It did take some time to learn the interface and understand all of the capabilities. To ease that transition, my local Best Buy offered various Samsung classes on how to use the device and its been a great way for live Q&A. In conjunction with YouTube, this has been a great tool that I've used a couple of times. I'm very happy with this purchase. You can't go wrong and won't be disappointed with this phone.

GREAT phone but it has a few drawbacks
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Ok so this is written but someone who has literally shunned Samsung for years. My last experience was a Galaxy S4 which I sold 3 months after getting it, I hated it that much. I like to tinker with my devices (root and unlock bootloaders and so on), and because Samsung locks down the bootloaders on request of the carriers, and they have that pesky Knox garbage along with the horrid TouchWhiz interface, I stayed far away and told everyone else I knew to also. With that being said, I came to this phone from my Nexus 6 (which was heavily modded). I played with a demo model for awhile and came to find out that Sammy toned down how intrusive TouchWhiz was, along with how bad it actually looked! So that caught my attention. Went home, read a few reviews, and since I loved my Google Cardboard, and was excited about the Samsung VR promotion, I decided to pull the trigger and get one. This is where I praise the staff at the Best Buy in Brookfield. I went to my store in Menomonee Falls, but they were out of the VR headset, so I went to Brookfield. I got there at 8pm and figured once all was said and done, I would be out the door by 8:30. Well there was a screw up in my account with ATT, and the SNAP system at Best Buy was giving the staff wrong information. Not only did they get it all squared away, but they also stuck around until 9:45 to assist me (they close at 9). When all was said and done, I left with my new phone and some accessories. Onto the phone itself. This thing is a work of art. The screen is clear and vibrant, TouchWhiz isnt such a performance hit (as in past iterations), but one thing that still disappoints me, is all the junk Samsung tosses on their phone, that eats up 8GBs of storage. This time, they included the SD slot expansion, which was a welcome addition, but seeing as how this only comes in the 32gb variety (another disappointment), it was needed. Samsung also disabled a feature called adaptable storage. Essentially what this does is allow you to set up a micro sd card to be an extension of the onboard storage. So if you have a 32gb phone, and add 128gb card, your phone would, in essence, be a 160gb phone. Well one of the reasons I read about, as to why this was disabled, was because the storage built in was extremely faster then anything on the market as of now, in regards to SD speeds (read/write). You are still able to move your apps to the SD card (if the apps allow it), which helps alot, but its not something that happens automatically. Another drawback, is the lack of apps that make use of the edge feature. Sure the feature is more functional then say the S6 Edge, but its still underutilized. There are a handful of apps on the Samsung Market, but for most people, they are pointless and the ones that MIGHT have a use for some people, cost money (of course). Samsung also improved its theme support, which is also awesome, but the free ones are of free quality. Gone are also a bunch of the useless gimmicks, traditional of TouchWhiz. The fingerprint sensor is a great feature, and works well, just be sure to program multiple fingers, depending on how you hold the phone. The camera is top notch and loads up faster then any phone I have had in the past (and its an extensive list). Its a slight step down from the S6 Edge camera, but is still great. This is the FIRST Samsung phone I have owned that I can actually say I am happy with, and if you knew me, and how anti-Samsung I was, that is saying ALOT :D

Samsung for the win...again and again
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I moved from the iPhone to Samsung 5 years ago and I love love love Samsung. The S7 Edge is the best yet. No other screen can compare, the phone is easy to handle despite it's size, even for small hands like mine, and it is an absolutely beautiful device. My experience at Best Buy was amazing as well. Great customer service!!

Great phone for everyone
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is an awesome phone for any user. It has and large screen and is very quick. Battery life is good. I love that Samsung brought the micro SD card slot back. The only downside to this phone is there is no user replaceable battery. This could be a problem in 2 years. I think Samsung should build them with a removable battery like they used to. You shouldn't have to send your phone in for service to have the battery replaced.

Beautiful phone!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Prettiest phonetic ever seen. Large screen just glows and has the clearest picture. I switched from Apple so it's hard to get used to but I lo e some of the features! I feel safe with the water resistance. I just wish they had more screen protector options but it's a new concept and I know technology will catch up. Very happy.

Best phone I've owned, once you solve the battery
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Best phone I have ever owned. The only problem is, so many processes run in the background it kills the battery. Once you turn off all the unnecessary stuff, your battery life will last well over a day with hard use. The phone is zippy right out of the box. Nice stylish unique design and call quality is over the top.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Very nice picture and colors on the screen and the quality in low light show much improvement .The performance of the phone is quick. Love the design and waterproof factor, however, it still gets a lot of smutches and fingerprints on screen but I definitely recommend this phone. Best phone so far.
