    I think for a newer model the steps to do things should be less..but I have found it takes more steps to do things such as listening to voice mail.

    Haven't had a problem. Wish it came with 64 internal gigs. But I'll be buying a sim card soon for it.

    I love the phone and all the features. But the phone stopped working after 30 days. the screen would go greens with grid lines through it then screen would go black and then it would reset itself. the phone became useless. and apparently Best buy would only replace it if it fell within 15 days. 30 days is not very long to have a expensive phone like that to go bad.
