Really like this phone and the color. No problems so far

my family member was excited to rcv the new Samsung phone as she has had others in the past. We bought 2 big mistake. Hers actually shut itself down and she lost all her digital media. The store did replace it but huge disappointment. The 2nd phone completely quit working and shut itself down. It had to be repaired and a partially paralyzed person was without ability to contact anyone in case of emergency all the Samsung rep at the store said was "we have had a few issues but once you ship it back to the company they will fix it". not cool!! we wont purchase another one too bad as family had liked product to that point and best buy stated all they could do was give us contact info as they no longer had the same warranty agreement as in the past.
