I had the Note7 and I loved that phone. Then everything happened and I ended up with this phone it's OK bit nothing to the note....

I was forced to turn in my note 7 but this does NOT compare or compete with it at all. I'm just waiting for the next note device

The phone looks good but that's about it. I have at&t and it was great before I bought this phone but now it hardly ever has two bars and it's sad when my cheap 60 dollar phone beat this phone. The battery is absolutely terrible even on power saving mode, so you do buy one keep a charger handy. Very disappointed that I bought it especially for how much this thing cost. Never again will I get one

I had to downgrade to S7 and it's serviceable. I wish the Note 7 was good as the performance was superior to this replacement.

It seems to have a slower processor and you cannot find a screen protector or glass that will stay on this phone

I might give it a higher score if or when I figure out how the darn thing works. It's not easy to go from iOS to android.

Don't get wet even a little we had problems with the speaker with just a little water and the battery drains like crazy

I have always had Galaxies and my issue with them is battery usage and needing to reboot the phone as it will freeze or slow to respond. The storage is awful. I take a lot of pictures and have to delete pictures as the storage space fills up fast. I will not buy another Galaxy. My son is encouraging me to buy an IPhone and from what I hear, there are no issues with it not like the Galaxy!

The entire phone is made of class. Be sure to buy a case for it right away. The edge screen is also very sensitive.

Not a fan of the curved sides. Would like it much better if it was flat. I prefer the note 5 I used to have.

I thought Samsung would be an upgrade fro my HTC. Wrong. This is the last Samsung product I purchase.

Great phone but too easy to unintentionally hit screen/apps etc. Get the 7 or a Note that doesn't blow up.

It was a great phone until I read the reviews about it exploding and many airports banning it on flights

Had a Note 7 need I say more. Whenever I send pictures via text the recipient receives them distorted.

Horrible signal compared to Note 7 & Iphone6. Screen is too responsive - apps open at random while you are doing other things. Apps also open just by holding the phone by the sides and talking on it. Horrible service at Best Buy throughout the process. 3 visits and I am leaving without a phone and very frustrated. I will never buy a phone through Best Buy again!!! Broken promises all along. 1) No free memory card that was promised when I bought the first Note 7. 2) No $25 Bill credit for exchanging the first Note 7. 3) No refund for the return of the second Note 7. Which was fully paid off. 4) Beat Buy then uses my upgrade to give me this piece of junk. Was told that AT&T would process a refund for the old Note 7 within 3 business days. 14 days later I am still waiting....... 5) When returning the S7 Edge, the manager tells me that I am outside of the 14 day return window by one day. I pulled out a calendar and showed him that he can't count to save his life.
