I went off the Customer representative's advice in the store. I did not know that the edge design is very poor. You can not get a screen protector that will cover without lifting. I also tried a screen protector that was glass and curved and most of the touch screen sensitivity was lost. You can not get a cover for the phone that will protect the edges. I went back to the Best Buy store and tried to return the phone and Was only a couple of days past the return deadline and they would not do it. I resent buying this phone. I actually hate it and am now stuck paying over $800 for this product. I feel Best Buy should have accepted the return and now am contemplating not shopping there in the future. I am very disappointed overall with the whole experience. No one I have consulted with about this phone likes the Edge.

Had Note 7 really loved it, no issues. Forced to get replacement.

I had to leave with my phone not working. They used another number to upgrade with. I could not even use my phone... Went back to store days later and the manager said I broke the screen. He could see I had not used the phone. I asked them to check camera.. I have no idea if the screen was cracked, you can not tell by looking at the phone. I contacted Samsung and they could not understand the service. They allowed me to send phone to them. I am now stuck with a $800 phone, that I never got to use and it causes so many problems with the wrong lines. Worst experience ever with a new phone. Both the manager and the employee should have consequences on their part. The employee even told me not to buy screen cover from there because they did not have any good ones for the edge. That should also be on camera.

Good phone hard to use and type due to the edges of the phone.

The phones screen broke on the third day .I was able to use it for a week and then screen died . To slippery falls off things way to easy. Wasn't really impressed by the edge. I have went back to the S5 and will be paying for a phone I used for 2 weeks woohoo . The edge sucks.

I don't think I'd ever buy a phone from best buy again..

This phone worked for a month an now it overheats.

The phone scratches easily with the simplest touches.

I bought this $800 phone 45 days ago with the understanding that I would be covered for loss or damage. I am sure that when I was asked if I wanted insurance for the phone I said "of course".. Low and behold I dropped my phone with a Speck CandyShell Clear case installed. The front glass cracked. I went online to set up the repair with Asunion, AT&T'cell phone insurance carrier. I was informed that my phone was not set up for insurance. I went to the store and all they would do is show me the receipt that did not indicate any insurance. I told the store that I had discussed insurance with the sale man and was shocked to find out it was not done. I now have an $800 brick that has no good repair method that I have found
