    My husband got this phone and after a while it began to mess up. It has a lot of cool features however the team has for the glass shields and cases is lacking so his screen cracked easily and I was difficult to find a case that allowed full range for the phone. It also started to have problems after that.

    I decided to stay with Samsung after the second Note 7 got recalled. This is just an average smartphone. It does not come close to the Note 7. The screen is smaller. The power port is different and harder to use. The phone seems to drop calls more. Hopefully the next generation note phones won't blow up.

    I haven't had any problems at all with the software except Bluetooth headsets don't work well with it. The physical design kinda sucks tho because the edge makes it easy to hit with hand while typing. Also the case and screen protector don't work well together. Wish I would have got the regular s7.
