this item is okay but not when you really wanted the model that was recalled and then recalled again. now i will be stuck with this one when my first choice was the model that was recalled.

Had to get this phone when I turned in my Note7. If you are a Note user you won't like it, its smaller and not updated with the latest OS as the Note7 was. Otherwise was a decent phone.

I bought the Note 7 and exchanged it for another after the first recall. I had to exchange that for the Edge after the second recall. This is not the phone I wanted but it will work.

Phone is okay. It's sensitive af. Don't buy from Best Buy, I've spent over 2 grand this year and they say I'm a hundred points from getting a 5 dollar rewards certificate. Gee, thanks.

After just a few weeks my screen is terribly scratched from just being in my purse. This never happened with other phones. Really disappointing. Otherwise, it's a good phone.

I settled on this phone after my Note 7 had been recalled twice. I never had a problem with the Note 7, so to me the S7 is a downgrade. However it is a good phone and works well.

The phone will not update. I will have to spend time and go through some hoops to get it to update. Could be just a quirk with my phone. Otherwise, it seems to be a nice phone

Not the biggest fan of the S7. With the edged screen it easily breaks. Had phone for 2 days and somehow the glass broke while inside a protective case. No return was allowed..

I am a loyal Samsung user. This was my first edge. Which I'm not a fan. I broke the screen within 3 months. Wish the 9s came without the edge screen.

I upgraded from s5 and changed carriers at same time. I regret both decisions. So many dropped calls and problems with Internet access. I can't tell if it is phone or carrier.

Works well for a phone. Battery life isn't as impressive as it could be. Curved screen makes it easy to break and the "edge" feature is pretty useless in my opinion.

Phone in a shell is ok, but the Glass back and Front Glass is way to fragile...broken in days after purchase. Never broke any iPhone and I have owned my fair share of those!

I owned the original Motorola Droid when Android first came out. While it was good, my first iPhone, a 3GS, was just better. I have since owned every iPhone up to my latest, a 64GB iPhone 6S Plus. Don't get me wrong, the iPhone was fine... but after trying the new lineup of Galaxy phones, I'd say that Samsung has finally done it... they have finally developed a phone that is as good, or better than the iPhone. I never thought it would be possible, but this S7 Edge has firmly planted itself my household of Apple products. The pros... FAST processor Vastly superior display... looks amazing! Love that I can reach the entire screen with one hand Marshmallow is great to use, and beautiful to look at. SO much more customization than with iOS. Great battery life Camera absolutely KILLS my iPhone camera. Seriously, this is a VERY nice looking phone! Why didn't I get one of these sooner?

One month after purchase the screen began to flicker. Samsung won't replace the phone and needs 9 to 10 days to fix which unreasonable for a one month old phone.

Despite using a tough case, a low drop at certain angles cracks the front screen easily. Found out many owners have switch to nonedge S7 due to easily broken screen.

OK phone but I don't like the new setup for the Internet bookmarks. Biggest complaint is the touch screen often does not respond to the touch. This is annoying.

For the last several years I have been an iPhone user and have been completely satisfied. Prior to that I had problems with Samsung and other android products being great internet and video devices but horrible phones. I have the iPhone 6 Plus and needed a separate phone for work. I went in thinking I would just get another iPhone. I had seen the commercials for the Galaxy S7 and decided to take a chance on it since reviews were good on it and it was different than what I had. I choose the S7 edge and have to say that it is nothing but amazing. Great battery life, amazing camera puts the iPhone to shame, easy to use great options. I like the ability to use to apps split screen. The phone works great syncs quickly to my truck and the sound quality is amazing. If you are thinking about this phone get it you won't be disappointed. This phone has changed my mind about the quality and quality control of Samsung.

Though I preferred my note, I can't get one anymore so I had to settle for this. It's an OK phone, but thnk it was hyped up more than it should have been.

I liked the phone right up until the home button started messing up. The phone is about 45 days old. It seems that Samsung is having problems with this phone.

Functions well, need to learn more about all the perks to the phone, already had the LED go and had to send back to Samsung, great service to repair.
