It's a good phone, but mine decided to do a reset and it locked up. Neither Verizon or best buy could fix it. so have to go to Samsung. What a hassle.

I wanted and bought the note 7. Returned it under the recall. Traded it for the Edge after the second recall. Not the phone I wanted but it is okay.

It's a good phone good quality and great looks .. but it heats up and slows down sometimes.. something my note 7 didn't go through.. but it works..

The curved screen is too fragile and apparently breaks often, and the touch screen requires more effort when getting near to the curved part.

Good, quality phone. Only issue is edge screen can sometimes be irritating while using some apps. My next phone will not have an edge screen.

This phone was incredibly hard to unlock then had problems with trying to use differwbt carriers like at&t verizon T-Mobile and sprint

It took a while to get used to and had some interesting quirks at first that took a little while to figure out.

This product was advertised as shatter prof. Not true the first time dropped it shattered and glitches all the time. Not recommended.

Edge is hard to use, can't hold the phone on the edge and use the functions. Wish I had purchased the regular version.

Battery lasts three to four hours. Hold it on the bottom and data disappears or jumps up and down. Rounded-screen is useless.

Keyboard has issues with email. When you type in a symbol it will repeat the symbol when you type in the next letter. Strange!

The screen shatters easily if it's not in an enclosed case. And if you put it in an enclosed case, you can't use the edges.

The phone is great and best buy had an amazing deal that you can't pass up if you're in the market for a phone. But Verizon policy sucks..You can longer upgrade your phone after a year or pay 50% of the phone if you have any phone except an iPhone with Verizon...You either have to pay full price or wait the 2 years out which is essentially a two year contract again..Thanks verzion Hello AT&T!!!

This phone is wack, only had for 6 months and it freezes up and turns off.

It's ok. It was hard to go to this model after using the Note 7 but is better than switching to a different brand.

However, the back of this is so slippery it went right out of my hands and now I have a totally scratched up back.

This phone has a good camera. It is a nice phone. It wasn't my first choice but...

This is my second phone as the first one kept turning itself off. Once returned I got a new one and this one is worse then the first. There are times it turns off and I can't get to turn back on for more then 30 min! Not great since it's my only form of communication when at home with 2 children. I have been on hold talking with the doctors office and the phone just turned off! Horrible.

For the most part I like this phone but the battery life is really short. I turn it off every night around 10 to charge it, its fully charged at 6 am and by the time I leave the house at 7:20 its already down to 83% so by the time I get home at 6:30 pm I only have about 20%. I would think for as much as this phone cost the battery wouldn't need to be charged more than once a day
