One week after purchase of new phone, can't make or receive phone calls. Samsung tech support says phone is working fine except making and receiving phone calls. Hello....phone is to make and receive phone calls. Now Samsung offered to replace brand new phone with refurbished phone. If I wanted refurbished phone, I would not have paid for new phone. Every time I called Verizon and Samsung tech support, experienced very very poor customer service.

Within 36 hours, the phone dropped three calls, would not let me send text, switched from English to Spanish with no one touching it - and gave me a very statically connection when I attempted to contact Best Buy to resolve the issue. Took the phone in to Best Buy to reset to English but continued having issues. Contacted service provider who advised to return the product as a "lemon". No other phones were on sale, so I did not exchange.

When I first bought this phone it had a stuck pixel. Then a week later it developed gray horizontal lines across the screen. Being the Samsung lover that I am, I exchanged it for another. Same phone=just different color.. So far, it's fine.

I have been mainly disappointed with the battery life!!! I have to fully charge my phone 4 times a DAY! This is a HUGE problem as i use my phone for work puposes too. I have completed the update and it seems to have helped a little.

If you are not used to the "edge" style device, don't purchase this one. It is very different to text on this device. I've been using the Galaxy series since the GS3, and I LOVE the Galaxy series! This device, I simply found it difficult to type because of the Edge style and technology. The keys on the edge of the virtual keyboard were not as responsive as they are on their "flat" counterpart. Returned (paid $35 for restock even though same day return) and purchased the regular GS7 instead.

The screen is absolutely gorgeous. Everything works smoothly, with only a rare slow-up when doing multiple things at one time. The S7 Edge is only a little bit taller than my Turbo was, but is signifcantly less heavy. The weight difference was frankly shocking, considering that the batteries are nearly the same size (3900mah on the Turbo vs. 3600mah on the Edge) and the Edge has an extra .3 inches of screen space. Expandable memory is quick and easy to install. Calls are clear and crisp. I was skeptical of the Edge screen, but I have actually found it to be occasionally useful so I can't complain.

PHONE DOES NOT STAY CHARGED, I HAVE TO RECHARGE IT AT LEAST ONCE A DAY IF NOT TWICE. I MAY USE IT 1 HR IF THAT A DAY AND IT DRAINS.

Got my s7 edge with a disappointment gift card !!! In the first week 2 buttons stopped working .. And regarding having it unlocked , i visited 4 bestbuy stores that days trying to find the gold s7edge ... Every one in best buy or a version representative said its completely unlocked even samsung representative .. Finally i ended up with my phone not working the voice mail since my provider is not Version and fir the same reason the data connection which is supposed to be 4G is like a 2G turtle ... I went back to best buy to return or get problem solved the said we can do nothing for you go to samsung ...!!!!!

I hate this phone it's junk I should have never listen to the sales person . I should have got just the s7 instead. I would not recommend this to anyone else.

Phone freezing up in the gallery mode, went back to best buy mobile and was basically told that they could not help, very poor experience, now will have to deal directly with Samsung, wish me luck

I wish I would have got the s7 and not the edge... the edge is 150% the worst idea for a phone ever. No case offers protection without serious compromise......I can't wait to get rid of it.

I was very happy with my S5 and I am not satisfied with the changes Samsung made for this model, the Edge was not a good choice on my part.

I would not recommend the edge phone to anyone, they break very easily and there is very little benefit to having the edge from my experience.

I got this phone to replace my note 7. It works ok. The SD card won't read even when it is fully inserted and the tray is fully closed. The screen cracked in no time flat.

The phone was good. I didn't like the rounded corners. I would be holding it and it wouldn't do anything because I was touching the screen edge (without knowing).

It is difficult to apply without air pockets/bumps because of the curved edges. Once you peel it off the first time its almost impossible to get it to stick again

Worst Samsung after note 7,after 1 month of using home button broke also ,phone is slow and you cannot download torrent files.My next phone will be an Iphone.

I "upgraded" from the Note 4 to these. After over two months of using the S7 Edge I prefer the Note 4.

I got it on Black Friday. I have had problems out of screen and the phone will not hang up when ending call . Took it back to Best Buy they wanted me to pay deductible for insurance. Even though phone has a year warranty . I called samsung and they want me to send to Texas for repair instead of giving me a new phone. It is clearly defective. Please beware of third party retailers. Did I forget to mention. I am left without a phone until repairs..

When trying to watch video or play music it keeps stopping and you have to keep hitting the play button. Should have bought another IPhone.
