This phone acts up all the time. It constantly opens up pages and apps that weren't selected and many times it won't open ones that are.

Crackle phone conversations.... Bad speaker quality... Poorly located buttons... Unlocks when it shouldn't... Seriously how on Earth is this a good phone. Unless you want an ugly, bulky phone case you're out of luck here too. Very disappointed.... Rather have my "exploding" Galaxy Note back. Don't waste you're money on this version, not worth it.

Hasn't worked right since I got it, but I like the galaxy phones that I have had I don't know whats is wrong with this phone

The phone S7 Edge: on my end when talking to people they sound tinny... and hollow. I am going to have to go back in.

I don't like the phone very much it pretty much sucks don't do anything I need it to and it has a really bad battery life

Dropped once in OtterBox, screen cracked can't trade it in. Stuck with it for 2 full years. A waste of $700.

I turned in my iPhone for the edge,and it actually had a worse keyboard, this is a setting and a miss for me......

Such garbage should not cost a ridiculous price. Slowed way down in a week glitched and irregular touch reliability

The phone came pre loaded with spam, and the staff had no clue how to get rid of it. Plus it was advertised to come with a $200 off any Samsung TV. But when I purchased it out right, all of a sudden they told me I couldn't get it! That I would have to return it and do payments to get it. The phone itself deserves 4 stars, but service put it at 1.

Only option was 32G. A huge comedown from my S6 128GB! Can't transfer all my apps and info!

Dropped it 3 days after getting it and it cracked like an old painting. Wasn't even on a real hard surface. Plus the edge part drives me crazy. I disabled it but now I poke extra buttons because the screen goes so close to the side. I hate this phone and I have not even had it a month. It is going to be a very long two years or so!

Very complicated to use. Tries to be everything to the user. Very touchy. Items on the screen move around too much. Does not do the basics like texting, accessing email, etc. without numerous touches needed. Not a phone for someone who just wants the basics. I wanted to take the phone back but was beyond the ten day trial period. Avoid this phone.

The screen cracked on the side within a few weeks without any incident that would cause it.

It does the most for the money. it looks expensive, has great battery life, awesome specs, super cool, easy to use, storage capabilities, water and dust resistant. Almost like a note phone, but smaller. I love how it works!

I do not like this phone. I was told it is comparable to the note 7. Not even close.

After 2 months my video card failed. Unfortunately I bought this at Best Buy with a Best Buy charge card. Huge mistake. If I had used my american Expess Card I could have got a brand new phone up to 90 days. Best buy has a 14 day policy, even for elite members. It will take Samsung about 2 weeks to fix the phone (if they can).

So far I'm underwhelmed with this phone. The speaker isn't great and it freezes often

This phone is the exact reason I'll never buy Samsung again. Top of the line flagship Samsung device when I purchased it... yet I literally had to downgrade the screen resolution to keep the phone from overheating within 10 minutes of continuous use. Stay away!

This phone is terrible! Save your money for the next Galaxy. I always accidentally push the side buttons and cover up the speaker. It's nearly impossible to get it out of your pocket and pushing the screen when someone is calling. It broke the first week I owned it when it fell on the seat rail in my car.

The rounded edge lasted me a couple of weeks is all before it cracked.
