So, after being a loyal Samsung customer for years this phone is making me look for other Android options. It does what I need it to do but I have had so many issues with this phone's performance and I'm no longer sure that Samsung is worth their high prices.

i got this phone after my new note7 was recalled and its been down hill ever since this phone gets real hott when charging freezes looses calls not very good i want my galaxy s 5 back two to one better phone dont buy this phone now i saw on the news where theese phones are catching fire too

Not happy with this phone I'm a previous owner of S7 and 2 Note7.

I having trouble using phone and I was not offered Ins on it

Tried it for two weeks completely opposite of what I'm use to.

Defective phone. Was like pulling teeth trying to just exchange it for one that worked. It was an awful experience. Best buy needs to fix this part out. Might need to get it at Costco next time unless they figure out a way to just switch one that works for one that doesn't.

Battery gets heated, phone is very delicated don't like it

Purchased 2, one ok other poor battery performance. No help from Samsung or Bestbuy. They keep saying it's the settings , but after they set the two the same, still having problems, short battery life in one, hours shorter, even when neither used at all .

Tried to upgrade my old Samsung, which was losing charge fast. Tried this new item and it got blistering hot in my hand for no reason. It lost 5% of charge every 15 minutes. Turned it in as a lemon phone and the exact same thing happened to a second new phone.

A full battery charge does not last an eight hour day with minimal usage. Also phone gets very hot. Edge causes too many accidental app hits. Also not crazy about sound or video player. Totally not worth the price.

the phone is built like @#$% ! if you sneeze the screen cracks ! too many pop ups and sound quality sounds like a 1900s record ! if you buy the phone get the otterbox case and i hope they have cases available

I upgraded from a Note 3. Pros: Day and night pictures are incredible and crisp. After installing system updates and adding apps which took about 3 hours, I still had 50% battery life. The speaker is incredible, music is crisp and loud. When navigating through the phone it's fast. Also it doesn't have as much bloatware as previous Samsung products. Cons: The Qwerty keyboard isn't the best and I find texting with my two thumbs is more accurate which is disappointing. The screen is sensitive but I am getting use to it.. Overall this is the best phone I ever bought.

Very disappointed,it is always giving me problems it is freezing up on screen i wish i would had went bavk with iphone instead i wanted to try samsung its not for me and im paying 700 for it!!!!uggh

I had an issue with it up to the 15th day for non activated and then would not exchange it because it would be Best Buy's loss very disappointed can have a pixel bad on it already I got no help
