Customers are saying

Customers love the Galaxy S7 edge 32GB's camera quality, battery life, and screen size, with many praising its ease of use and design. Positive feedback also highlights the phone's water resistance and performance. While some users wish for a stylus, a few found the edge display feature less useful.

I love the edge display and have wanted to purchase this phone for a while, I'm glad I did. More memory is always a plus considering it only has 32 GB.

Bad update service for unlocked phones!

This is a great phone. I would have given it 5 stars, but Samsung is really bad about providing the Android nougat update to their unlocked phones. All the phone companies have sent out the nougat update to their branded S7 phones as of March 6, 2017, but Samsung is still not providing any hint as to when this update will be available for unlocked phones. Next time, I'll buy a Google Pixel phone; they get their updates first.

This device has great specs and a great waterproof rating. Unfortunately touchwiz is still terrible and I found the phone too jumpy and sluggish in daily operations. I was also not impressed by the battery performance. I also did not like that Samsung has locked the bootloader. Lastly, for me the back of the phone was a fingerprint magnet.

Great Phone, but lies about the expandable memory

I was ELATED when I saw Samsung making a new phone that had the ability to expand to an SD card. Unfortunately the only thing you could really expand was the pictures. If you wanted to install more apps and what not, unfortunately you're not going to be in luck. Build Quality: 4/5 OS: 3/5 (Because of a bunch of bloatware) Memory: 0/5 (Your memory gets filled almost to full because of bloatware. Overall: 2/5 Marshmallow is a fantastic OS, but you're better off sticking with a Nexus, LG, or the HTC 10 if you want a decent experience.

    Glass Shatters

I bought this phone after doing extensive research on the product. However, I overlooked a few negative reviews about the screen breaking constantly and took a chance. I was wrong. Everyone who claimed to have dropped their phone slightly had their screen break. Well the same happened to me. I literally just dropped my phone from ONE FOOT, and the entire screen shattered. Samsung claimed it was "Gorilla Glass" but it is really garbage. I will never again by a Samsung product. Instead Samsung asks that I pay 250 dollars to get the screen fixed. I'm sorry but Samsung should back their product, why spend 250 dollars when I'm purchasing the phone for over 600 dollars. I'll wait till LG comes out with the V20.

    Fragile phone

Do not waste your money on it. I should listen to my friends and go with another brand. After years on Samsung phones I bought 2.1 for myself and 1 for my wife. Both are bad. My phone broke the glass after falling from my ears on the table. 1 foot drop. The glass is extremely fragile. Detail, had a Samsung cover on it. My wife's phone has stripes on the LCD screen. They send me a label to send it back to Samsung for warranty. Another funny thing here. We did not even get close to the water, but the attendant told me that they will check for water damage, rather strange for a water resistant model. Mine, the broken one. It has no market value and: SAMSUNG WILL NOT FIX A FRAGILE BROKEN GLASS PHONE. EVEN IF YOU WANT TO PAY FOR THEM. So do what I did not. Hear me and DO NOT BUY A S7 EDGE. You will lose your money.

    Poor battery life

I had the Samsung Galaxy 4 for four years and the battery life was a lot better than the 7 Edge. In 2 hours, I'm already down to 50%. After the last update, the battery life has been horrible. I have everything turned off and nothing seems to help.

Thank you for reaching out to us with this question, 4ART. The Galaxy S7 edge officially went on sale on March 11. It is most certainly already out, along with the Galaxy S7. It's possible that the worker at the store misheard you or thought you meant a different device, but this one is already out. I hope that helps answer your question. Samsung
