Great screen size and features. I upgraded from an S5 and what a difference a few years makes in technology. Now if I can only find a curved screen shield that works without bubbles I will be a happy camper

My first Samsung smart phone after a few LG's. While the LG was a fine, solid smartphone, I really like the little details that make the samsung galaxy series one of the best in the industry.

I liked all of the extra features that this phone gives through Samsung. The full edge to edge screen is very handy. The price is pretty hefty but all of the top contenders ran about the same price.

Purchased to replace iphone and it takes great photos. Somewhat different from old phone but not difficult to learn. Best Buy has great employees that are available to help with our new phones.

I upgraded from the Samsung Galaxy S5 to the S8. The jump was a very good upgrade. Enough of an upgrade to really appreciate the power of the S8 and also to love some of the hardware upgrades. I really enjoy the fingerprint sensor and how well it works as well as where it is positioned. Also glad that I have a lot more onboard storage space with this phone. Even with external storage options its still super important to have a lot of onboard storage because the way that apps install by default it eats up that storage space pretty quickly. This is a great phone and the price is right with the newer version being released as well. Buy one and I doubt you will regret it.

Had a Samsung 4 before and this is quite a change. Camera is great and with a little patience I am able to get into the phone more. Best Buy is really great in providing any assistance when I ask for it.

I my self would have gone with the s8+ but my wife loved the s8. Overall amazing phone especially when it comes to a teacher's life. My wife loves how organizes it's keeping her. Def recommend upgrading

I cannot properly emphasize how perfect this phone feels in your hand. The contours, texture, weight, everything. It looks sleek, too. Unfortunately, it's very fragile. Very, very, very fragile. Do not drop outside of a case. Do not drop in a case. Do not even put it in your pocket 'roughly'.

Needed a new phone....Got $200 off at Best Buy...That is always a nice surprise. Camera works great, pictures are amazing. Easy to call, text, get messages. All around great phone so far!!

I've had apple and galaxy will never own anything other than galaxy!!! The only thing I don't like about the galaxy is the Bixby button can't be changed to another function, still give a 5 star!!

great design, fits perfectly in my hand, Superb display. Was easy to transfer my data from 950xl. Excellent photos. Many features makes it a pleasure to use. Multi window display capability is great.

The phone hardware is pretty fantastic and the new version of TouchWiz is much better than previous versions. Bixby is pretty useless so far, especially because it comes with Google Assistant through Android. Hope there are improvements for Bixby in the future and/or a native way to remap the Bixby button.

Have only had this for a week. Transitioning from Samsung 4 and so far I am finding it easy. Light weight and sleek and the camera is excellent!! The colors are beautiful! Still have lots to learn!

Loveee the color! It looks very different than other phones I had. The camera,the filters, the personal assistant Bixby are amazing! And you CAN add a memory card! Best Samsung phone so far!

Purchased this phone after owning LGs, and Sony. This is by far better and the 64GB is the best thing I ever decided to get. Always has lots of storage for Apps I can not store on my SD card.

It fits in my pocket, unlike the new and "better" phones. Replaced a stolen one (stupid me, no insurance). In store service was good, but it always takes some extra tech support to make sure all my contacts are available. I like my mom, but in the switch, her contact info disappeared!

Samsung carrier locked phones are just worth a year before they start getting slow. I would have preferred to buy an unlocked phone instead of carrier locked but due to financing options with ATT had to stick with it. Just think twice before going for any samsung smartphones since they have a tendency to slow down quickly and carrier updates are generation old.

I love this phone. Battery lasts me all day and I use it constantly. Display is beautiful. Bixby is a work in progress but has a ton of potential. I upgraded from a note 5 and I am glad I did!

This is by far the best Android phone out there. All features far exceed the other competitors out there. The only issue I wish they would fix/update is the bixby button. Make it programmable.

I love mu new Ga;azy8 as I how have a lot of up-to-date features that make my life easy. It is easy access to get the phony up and running and the Galaxy 8 has a long battery life
