Takes excellent pictures!! BUT, sometimes hearing a caller is difficult as it sounds very muffled. Really thought since it was the "new and improved" it would be a whole lot better than that!

After about a couple weeks of having this phone, even with a screen protector on it and a case the screen cracked after I dropped it into a grocery basket. If you just imagine how can a phone crack when it’s not even dropping that far ? I am very disappointed in the design of all the Samsung products that now have the curved screens.... The best Samsung phone I’ve ever owned had been the note 5. I ended up getting a replacement S8 which wasn’t cheap. Low and behold the same thing happened AGAIN. These curved screens are very fragile, very costly, and come to find out there are no cases with built in screen protectors for them or else I would’ve purchased one like that. I was highly disappointed and now I am finally an apple owner. I will never go back to owning a Samsung device. One more thing Samsung’s customer service is horrid versus Apple. With Apple all I have to do is walk into an actual store and get help ASAP. I regretted this purchase!

Wish I could review phone but can't. Purchased online via Best Buy, received phone and could not activate. According to Sprint IMEI traced to another customer. Phone was sold as new not preowned or refurbished. Plus serial number didn't match what was on box. Upsetting situation all the way around. Ended up just getting an IPhone.

I purchased this product online when I came into the store to pick it up they informed me that they could not activate it in store because I pre ordered online. When I got the phone home and opened the box the screen was distorted. I was told by Best Buy support that even though I bought online I had to return in store. It was a terrible experience.

This phone only keeps a charge for a maximum of 3-4 hours and it charges very slowly. I am very unsatisfied with this phone. And the store will not give me a new phone. I wouldn't recommend

While feature rich, this phone drops calls all the time, makes random stops in the middle of emails, and has to be restarted about every 3 days.

Phone activated but never got any cell service; had to return. Likely just a lemon, as I love Samsung phones and did purchase another.

    This phone is terrible!

This phone is terrible. It is EXTREMELY difficult to connect to bluetooth accessories. I had to physically take my speaker outside and put the 2 devices together before it would connect. It will still not connect to my car bluetooth. To make matters worse, the Samsung voice to text is even worse. It does not do auto complete and after 1 month still does not recognize the frequently used names, i.e. Kara. It also will NOT text what I say even if I repeat it. Further, I CANNOT find my Chromecast ICON which I use every day. However, when I go to the Google store to get it, the phone asks UNINSTALL/OPEN so it recognizes that it is there. It all around SUCKS! I contacted Samsung and they sent a lengthy email telling me all of the resets, etc. I should do and if that didn't work, I should send it to them. Send it to them???? I had already gone to the Sprint store where these steps had been done. I just got the phone a month ago! BTW already, today, the monthly installment is down from 21.84/month. I had a nightmare issue of customer service with LG so I went with Samsung. I AM SO, SO SORRY! And, now, I am stuck with this phone for 2 years. Please be advised, in any case ALL Samsung apps on the phones I have had suck! They are downright amateurish. I knew this going in,and assumed that I would just not use Samsung apps like I had done in the past. Well, not so with voice to text.
