But i was very disappointed when my Galaxy 8 phone ran out of power and never worked again. No one could tell my why, but that it was a manufacturer defect. But Geek squad still wanted me to pay $200 to fix it. NOPE!!

Great phone but error message after 5 days

Got an error and no one could fix it but Best Buy employees were great they tried everything. I like to phone but could not rate it high because of the issue.

I used it in church for my Bible and that was really nice. It will take some time and the help of the samsung guys at best buy to get the hang of it. Sp glad for their help.
