I bought this after extensive research to a phone with sturdy glass. The motorola i Previously had was exceptional for years. never broke or cracked despite hard use. Gorilla glass. After researching, i came to the Samsung first time. Its already cracked after being told it was a strong glass and not even a year old. Also I've gone through 5 screen protectors: they slip off, crack randomly without falling, don't stick and just don't work with the curved sides. I'm really dissappointed.

I am only rating 3 because of the fact that, Samsung had promoted the bixby app. as to equal or better than Siri. My great disappointment is that Bixby it is not voice activated like Siri or Hello Google. Other than that great phone

I had just made the switch from the iPhone to this Samsung. It's literally like night and day. The Samsung S8 lets you customize everything you want from what type of light you want on your display to making the screen smaller so it can be easier for smaller fingers. The best phone on the market right now from picture quality to the resolution when watching videos. You can also customize what video resolution you want. It's super quick and use friendly. Great for businessmen and women. The infinity screen is gorgeous. There are so many cool features and gadgets in the phone that is not on the iPhone there are literally too many to write out. Highly recommend for people to make the switch over!! It wasn't hard for me to get used to this phone. The apps are pretty much in the same spot as the iPhone applications and settings doesn't look too different than the iPhone settings. This phone is much more customizable to whatever your prefererences are.

I liked what the phone had to offer but In didn't feel the Verizon model had a great of reception as the iPhone did on Verizon, which is why I retuned the device to best buy.

Doesn't link to my car's Bluetooth. This is a well known problem, and there is supposed to be an update available soon. Will return unless it is fixed in the next few days.

Not as good as expected . No pen stylus. Operates on limited resolution in order to save power. Ble daylight screen better than expected. Woul d wait for Note 8 with pen.

I will never by from samsung. I was promised $100 worth of accessories which I did not receive. Or get any discount for not receiving the merchandise. VERY DISAPPOINTED

Wishing I had waited for the new Motorola Z force 2. I never have liked Samsung products, and never will. Need to get rid of this phone and get my Motorola back.

Wish it the better speakers. And I'm disappointed that I'm still waiting for the Bixby feature and it's been well over a month since I got the phone.

So far so good on this one, but I'm having to send my wife's in for bad reception issues and I dislike the non- removable battery.

Exactly two years needed to upgrade again. I like Samsung than iPhone but it slow down when times up- 2 years!

This is actually the second galaxy S8 plus phone that I have had. Both of the phones that I got have some kind of weird defect or glitch that everyone says that I fade out or cut out when I talk. I will be trading this phone off as soon as I can. My husband bought the small one and he doesn't have any problems with that one.

So android phones have their siri in ok google. Why when i go into setting and turn this off does it still listen?

It was a great phone and if it hadn't just died on me that one day I would have gone to a note 9

The part that boggles me is why buy a Samsung when all the apps are from Google Play Store? Why use Samsung when all my contacts are downloaded from GMail? Should have just bought a Google Phone. Coming from iPhone I am not impressed at all in how the phone operates and its lack of features to operate. Only thing better is more Apps from Google Play Store.

Was disappointed with size, thought phone would be wider than it is. Very slick and hard to hold on to.

Nice but not much big difference from previous model And I kinda have problem with playing youtube

There are too many useless options and there are a ton of ads. Phone got a virus after 2 months

Love how the phone looks. Works great. Dropped it once. Screen already shattered in 25 days!
