    To be honest, nothing wrong on Best Buy's end. This phone from Samaung is the first Samsung product I have ever been disappointed in and I have replaced it now with a newer Note 9 Samsung Galaxy phone. The overall functionality worked great for over 2 years, but the durability was such a let down. Never in 34 years have I cracked a screen of any phone, and I keep my phones in a case with a tempered glass screen protector at all times: I had to replace the screen THREE times and even the back of this phone shattered another time and I had to replace that. Thank goodness for Geek Squad protection that allowed me to replaced the screen (and receive a new battery) each time for only $60. Hoping the newer edge screens have better durability now.
