Nice upgrade from S5. Bad wifii connectivity..fix!

I love this phone with no complaints. I am a long term Samsung fan. I have their tablets (just got the Galaxy View also), I have had their watches (I have the LG Urbane now), and I even left Samsung for a minute and I am happy to be back! I think this is the coolest phone out right now and I know it has the best specs! I actually researched the best phones out right now including ram, processor)(this phone is the only one of it's kind in processors), resolution,etc. I am a android Geek and believe me this is the flagship phone. Camera great, fast, plenty of storage, found the best case (pink glitter that moves in water as the phone moves), and it actually is not to big but the screen is massive. While the 1st time I used a non Samsung charger my screen did turn red but I THINK that is something that they added because of the trouble with the s7 (completely my opinion). I bought the phone flat out and I think it was money well spent because this is a superior device.

Like the idea odd added protection for this phone.

I like alot of the features, however it is not as user friendly as the Iphone. The benefit of going with the samsung, it syncs flawlessly with all of my samsung devices. I expect in the long run, it'll meet my needs, but I do miss my Iphone.

My impression: My original salesman, Sebastian, was top notch and knows Samsung. However, he couldn't complete the 'contacts' transfer and said to wait for 24 hrs. I waited 72 hrs and went back in for more help from Robert, who neglected his "customer service" manners..connected me to Samsung techs on the phone. After talking to a Level I tech for a couple hours, he connected me to another tech who said he would take it to another level and get back to me. Two days later, someone called, we reviewed and they gave up on the effort and told me to go to Blackberry. I called AT&T (thought I dialed BBerry) and they understood the problem and solved it in 10 minutes.

Switched from a iPhone 7 to this thing. Don't like that videos aren't synced to this screen size I traded this to a friend for another iPhone I'll never try galaxy's again. A few other things I don't like to.

Did not like the phone at all. Windows would randomly pop up on top of other apps the bixby app opened every time I turned on my screen. Did not like it.

If an oddly placed fingerprint scanner, or poor lowlight facial recognition is a deal breaker for you then go no further, this isnt for you. It isnt a deal breaker for me. Super security isnt needed in my life, thankfully. The battery life is the surprise feature to me beleive it or not, a day and a half easy with normal usage...no movies or loooong you tubes. Screen on time is no worry to me. S7 Edge gave me about a day, 7am to 12pm. and it charges superfast. Remapped (yes you can) bixby button, now its my flashlite which is super handy. Screen is BEAUTIFUL, i get 7 more items in each folder, better size for scrolling, easily seen in sunlight. This screen is almost as big as the entire body of the S7 Edge, yet this device is only a couple centimeters bigger overall.Swipe up/down for app drawer is nice new feature. Love the dbl press power button for camera. The new on screen home button is a great improvement. Both faces are glass, so dont get caught up in colors or fingerprints because you WILL NEED a case for this. The "slimmer than most" design is good for those with average size hands like me and the slim design is better for retrieving from your pocket. Has a great proximity sensor which prevents accidental pocket turn on. Lowlight pictures are improved from S7. Comes with good headphones. Yes the S8+ is expensive....but i like it! And im keeping it! Hoping the DEX Dock turns out to be something worth buying/using!

Long time IPhone user, ready to try Samsung. I did not realize how different the phone would be. I do not like the way Samsung opens email, partially and slowly.

Does a pretty good job of being smartphone; not terribly outstanding as a phone--although it is hard to tell if it's the phone or AT&T's curious concept of service.

this mobile is the worst mobibe in the world. I am havinng problem since i bought it. first time i bought samsung product. it disappointed me. I have iphone but never have problem. this is trash. after a year it did not support sim card. i had to call samsung but they said waranty is expired. this phone is trash. I just wasted of money, i wasted my $950.00

It's a good phone with clear sound, great pictures. The video becomes distorted when sending to others through texts and email

The phone itself is great but the charger did not fit the actual phone. I had to purchase a cord because it did not fit.

Had Note 4 and loved it. This one is so difficult to operate. At this point I hate it. Have to hope it gets better.

Decent phone and features. Note 5 was a better phone. This phone is too slim and long to be as useful.

This phone was a good phone until it did an update then the battery life was bad.

Nothing really great about it. It is a phone. The rounded edge is surely a bad way to go. You Crack the skin, you'll pay dearly for repairs and it added nothing to the phone. My old phone would work as a Hotspot great. This phone I have to tether because she it looses contact. Stuck with the USB C. Come on. Yet another cord to try and find.
