Fragile screen, get the best most protective case you can find. They don't make a well-fitting glass screen cover for this phone . Defaults to Samsung keyboard which is problematic. Much prefer Google keyboard... constantly having to go into settings and go back to Google keyboard. Good video. Clear screen. Having the time always on the screen even when the phone is not open is nice! I guess I would recommend the phone because they really don't have anything else to offer at this time. If I had to do it over again I probably would have waited until they came out with a new note.

I've had 4 previous Samsung phones and a tablet. I'm not crazy about the edge screen but I don't really use my device a source of entertainment. It's an important tool for me...my MAIN work computer. I really appreciated the superior quality and user friendliness of hardware and software. I'm glad I didn't purchase the Note 7 but appreciate how Samsung owned the mistake and came back even STRONGER for it. THANKS Samsung!

I absolutely LOVE the phone. Didn't think I would because it appeared long and skinny, but it's beautiful, the biometrics features (fingerprint and iris scanning) are fabulous, and it came with a free Gear VR headset since I preordered. But what I don't like is that it's really hard to get a good glass screen protector. The first one I had kept popping off when I added a case to my phone and it eventually broke on one of those drops to the floor. Didn't realize I needed to buy a "case fit" or "case friendly" glass protector for this phone. All sold out at AT&T and mostly backordered everywhere else online, or else taking forever to ship out. Other than the screen protector issue, love my new phone so far!
